Awesome product!
Awesome product! I’ve been paying for chiropractors to fix my lower back pain and they didn’t do much, after I bought these ( and they cost like one visit to chiropractor) it’s a life changer! I hang 2 min before and after gym session and the pain is gone!

Hang upside-down with comfort.
I have now had these boots for a few years and love them. They fasten securely and are comfortable around my ankle. I hang for between 3 and 7 min, and they hold me securely. If I were younger I'd hang longer, but at 69 yrs of age, this is all I need. I have been doing hangups for over 20 yrs and love it. I started with an inversion table which I still use at my primary residence.

Inversion table is no longer needed.
These are easier to use than I anticipated. For many years, I delayed buying these because of possibly getting stuck upside down. I felt like I needed to be more confident with my core muscles. A simple solution is a grab strap (which Teeter happens to provide). It makes getting back up much easier and creates a fail-safe. I am ashamed for not thinking of this before. Now, I can bypass the space-eating inversion table and just have these boots on the shelf. One con, I am 200 pounds with small calves. So, I have to use the small size, instead of the heftier big size for my weight. This awkward combination likely adds a bit more pressure points in the contact regions of my lower legs.

Should have gotten these sooner
Highly recommend for anyone looking for a well made product to assist with stretching and decompression! Product is well made and very durable.

Does what it does
Great space saving option over an inversion table. Use it once or twice a week or whenever needed. Had the inversion table before which worked great as well. I prefer the boots as they dont take up any space like the table. However they are more difficult to get in and out of hanging position compared to table.

For workout and strech your body
These anti-gravity boots are excellent! They're super comfortable, very secure, and easily adjustable to different sizes. I weigh 60 kg, but they've been used by people up to 100 kg with no issues. Highly recommended for workout and strech your body.

افضل علاج لاسفل الظهر والعمود الفقري بلا منازع تحس وكأنه في سحب للفقرات بالذات اسفل الظهر حتى الرقبه بتلاحظ النتائج من اول جلسه عن نفسي اختفى الالم نهائياً من اول جلسه وبستمر عليها كل يوم 20 ثانيه وبزيد الوقت مع الايام والتدريب نصائح: حذاري حذاري تستخدمها بدون الحبل لازم تربط الحبل فالعقله من الوسط ويكون واصل لبطنك وانت في وضع الانعكاس عشان يساعدك ترفع نفسك وتمسك العقله وبعد كم جلسه بتعرف التكنيك - وايضا لو اول مره لا تزيد عن 20 ثانيه فقط
