This is a great product!
This stuff really works! The directions are a little confusing, and somewhat alarming, but donโt hesitate to use it. I canโt take (oral) INSAIDS, so I asked my doctor about using it topically. He told me it was not a problem-in fact he told me to use Voltaren 4x/day on my shoulder for two weeks. Instead of using that strange little ruler enclosed inside the box, he showed me how to use it-a 1โ line on my finger, then rub it into my problem shoulder. And after 2 weeks it had helped the pain/inflammation in my shoulder enough that I could cut back to once a day (nighttime for me). I rarely need to use it at all now, but keep it at the ready just in case.
