Not as smooth of a glide through the yarn as the stiff plastic line on nicer Clover circular needles, but especially if you mostly knit with smooth yarn, these will do just fine. The tubing is smoothly attached to the needles. The storage case is convenient, and the extras are fun!Be aware that if you get the gray color, you won't receive that little needle size gauge with the picture of a sheep on it- that was a bit of a bummer, but my fault for not checking the pictures carefully :)

The zipper broke after opening/closing maybe 5 times. Super disappointing!! But the needles and accessories are great!! Totally worth the money.

Order came as advertised and quickly. The tubing attaching the needles to each needle permanently but it is attached smoothly and hasn’t caused any yarn catching. The needles I have used so far are smooth and let the yarn slip on and off exactly the way I like. Presently, I am using them to make little dogs and clothing for Christmas boxes. I believe they are perfect for the craft or beginner up to medium trained knitter. The carrying case is nice to store the needles and keep the cables nicely. Overall I’m glad I purchased.

They are easier to use than the metal knitting needles. Just a a little problem with quality. One of the ends popped off. I just used a little glue to pop it back on.

This kit is an excellent buy. Having round needles in every size (even half sizes) in one storage bag is great. These are really decent quality. A Clover brand kit is over $100, I would definitely recommend these instead for any beginner or casual knitter. The only adjustment is that sizing is all in mm not US sizes, so I have to pay attention to what sizes the patterns say to use in mm not US size.

I mainly got this for the case. It was less expensive than just an empty case I was looking at. I have not used the needles. That being said, the needles are smooth to the touch. I don't anticipate yarn catching on it. The cords are not the best. They are thicker, join seems ok. I plan on using them for teaching knitting and letting them keep them. Though they are thicker, they do seem a little more flexible than others I've tried. I love the needle tip protectors. Those I will use. Nice for beginners but would really steer them toward better needle cords. I do like the case. Seems well constructed and holds my other needles nicely.

I bought this as a fairly intermediate knitter looking for cheap markers and other things I didn’t want to buy individually. I love everything about this kit... apart from the needles (which is fine). I found them sticky (the yarn doesn’t slide nicely) and cumbersome. They were a little too long for the things I use the needles for, and they got kinked up too much.Overall, this is a nice, cheap way to get a lot of knitting essentials, just don’t use the needles 😂
