I’ve used and owned many tens/ems units. These remind me of the best cloth ones that were standard use in many physical therapy establishments for wired devices. They last long and easily can be used for many cycles (I use mine at least 5 times) without any use of gel. I now use a PowerDot for convenience of a mostly wireless system. They fit perfectly, in fact these are 10x better than the plastic ones than the stock over priced brand offers for 2 reasons. 1- flexibility due to the cloth backing allows for better adhesion preventing accidental peeling. 2- the magnetic button is larger and clicks on easier making it easier to find when applying the connectors on your back or other hard to reach muscle groups. In addition, the price is great value. I’ve been buying these for over the time span of 3 maybe 4 years now. Even though I don’t use my equipment as much for physical therapy anymore, it’s good to know they’re still available and quality is still the same.

Got these for my Powerdot 2.0 after ordering others that said they were compatible and weren't. These work just fine. I do think the magnet isn't as strong as the powerdot brand, but that is to be expected.

I use this with Power Dot 2.0. It sticks well to my body. I generally shave the areas I use it on, and before I use these pads, I wipe down my skin with a wet towel to remove any moisturizer. It helps prolong the lifespan of the pads. I've had no issues with the pads sticking on my calves or hamstrings, which I noticed are generally one of the harder areas for any pads to stick as I use my Power Dot. Overall, an excellent product that is cheaper than the Power Dot pads.

They work great and you can get a ton of use out of them. I wish they had a stronger magnet. They do pull off easily, but I think the adhesive is actually stronger than the powerdot brand. All in all, they are worth the money and a great alternative. (Please improve the magnets - they would be 5 star!)

I have owned power dots for years and have always used the OEM pad replacements. I decided this time around to try something different, specially since power dot is now charging nearly $35 with shipping for some pad pads. These pads have worked just as well as the original, the magnetic connection is secure and does not come undone. They are slightly thicker and feel sturdier than the original ones. I expect these will last longer. If you are on the fence, trust me, get these. You get twice as many for half the price and the quality seems top-notch!

I tried with my Powerdot 2.0 and the puck kept falling off the electrode and the electrodes weren’t sticking to my shoulder.

In my assessment, I'd rate these at 3 out of 5 stars. They perform adequately, and the price is reasonable. Nonetheless, if you're accustomed to the genuine PowerDot pads, you'll observe a notable difference in adhesion quality with these aftermarket ones. They tend to come off more easily and do not have a long multi-use life.

As one reviewer stated, these pads do have a slightly smaller metal nipple than the original however I did not find that to affect the ability of the PowerDot to attach/stay attached to these pads. Also, these pads are much more adhesive, allowing for better connectivity between the dot and my body. The original PowerDot pads did not adhere well to my skin and left me wondering why the sensation produced by the PowerDot was sometimes very weak even at a high setting and would sometimes stop altogether while the system would keep running. With these pads, I have had no issues of this kind. I use my PowerDot daily for pain relief, and these pads are alleviating a lot of frustration for me with the stock pads. As a bonus, they’re cheaper than the Therabody brand pads!
