If your router combines 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz into one network, you may need to split the bands so you can connect the lights specifically to 2.4 GHz. In most routers, this is found in the WiFi or Wireless settings section of the router app or web dashboard. I also had to confirm the security was set to WPA2 and adjust the 2.4 GHz advanced settings so the connection stayed stable, including locking the channel bandwidth to 20 MHz instead of auto. These options are usually located under Advanced WiFi or Advanced Wireless settings. Once those settings were adjusted, the lights have worked flawlessly without disconnects. Every now and then I need to turn the power off for about 30 seconds, and then they reconnect. I’m not a tech support person, and once I knew which settings to look for, the fix was straightforward. I personally used ChatGPT as a guide to understand which settings to change and where to find them. Full Review: I have six of these Feit smart bulbs installed now. Three are in the living room and the other three are split between the master bedroom and my child’s room. Setup in the Feit app was quick and straightforward. I grouped the master bedroom and living room lights so they turn on together, and I have my floor lamp set up separately through Alexa for individual control. The scheduling feature has been especially helpful for our mornings. My child’s light turns on at the time they need to get up for school, which makes the routine easier. I also shared access with my child’s and spouse’s accounts, and the controls work smoothly for everyone. These bulbs connect through 2.4 GHz WiFi, and once I confirmed that during setup the connection has been very reliable. On rare occasions the bulbs stop syncing, but a quick reset fixes it. I turn the wall switch off for about 30 seconds (or leave it off while I’m out) and everything reconnects once the switch is turned back on. To avoid accidental power cuts, we installed light switch covers, which has helped keep everything running consistently. The app layout can feel a little busy at first, but once the rooms and groups are organized it becomes much more user friendly. ⭐ Overall: I’m very happy with these bulbs and don’t plan on switching brands. I’ve become a Feit user for life because of how easy these are to use and how dependable they’ve been in daily routines. 🔄 Update 1/8/26: After switching internet providers to AT&T, my Feit smart lights reconnected automatically as long as the new AT&T router used the same 2.4 GHz WiFi name and password as the old router. Keeping the network name the same made the transition seamless, and no resets were needed. If the WiFi name is changed on the AT&T router, switching the lights to a new network is still very easy through the Feit app. Another option that worked well for me was enabling the Guest WiFi through the AT&T router’s Advanced WiFi settings. I adjusted the Guest WiFi settings under the WiFi section and used it as a dedicated 2.4 GHz network for smart devices. Once enabled, the lights connected quickly and stayed stable. If you also use Feit smart plugs, keeping the same WiFi name and password or using a dedicated Guest WiFi network is especially helpful since it allows them to reconnect automatically. If you’re not comfortable changing these settings, AT&T support can assist.

I currently have about 9 of these bulbs in my apartment, and they are actually pretty amazing tbh. Im glad i bought them, but i didnt buy all of them from amazon just my last one. I highly recommend these, the app is easy to group lights but i wish it worked with Siri. Dont leave them on for more than a week straight as it causes them to have connection issues. great for hang outs, or being able to dim lights for movies. they are def on the cheaper quality side

I’ve been using the FEIT brand for years. They are such amazing products!! I purchased two 3 packs of this bulb. As always my experience with the FEIT brand it’s TOP quality!! The colors are so amazing. If you want a white light, you can literally change it within he app or ask Alexa/Echo or your voice command enabled device to change the colors, turn the light(s) on or off. The set up was very quick within the app. It’s INCREIDIBLE value for the price point. The bulbs las for years. Great and seamless compatibility with your Alexa/Echo enabled device. I have older purchases of the FEIT bulb in multiple location at my home. Now I have even more lights that are adjustable in color sequence.

For the price, its not half bad. App works fine and connects easily with my Alexa. Install was super quick and easy my only issue is that out of the 6 bulbs i purchased, 1 isn't working. Tried on many different places around my house and nothing. Kind of disappointing since I needed all 6.

These bulbs automatically pair with "Alexa", but have to be reinstalled through the app when replaced. Pros -long life -bright (60watts) -several color options Cons -the only challenge is reinstalling through the app when replacing, but it's a fairly easy process and instructions are included in the box Some of our outdoor lighting are wired to smart switches. They are set to come on and off after sunset and before sunrise through our Echo. We were looking for an affordable way to have the convenience of having the rest of the lights automated, so we decided to try these bulbs. Set up took about 10-15 minutes, but went quicker when adding subsequent bulbs. We liked the convenience of these bulbs so much, that we decided to add them in the bedroom since there isn't a switch where the lamps are plugged in. The bulbs can be used through the "Alexa" app, or through voice commands. We were only looking for the convenience of the automation, but the different colors are fun too. If you already have smart devices, you should consider adding these bulbs to your existing lamps or fixtures. Since they can be programmed, it adds even more security to your home when you're away. If you're not tech savvy, or don't want to invest the time when the bulbs go out, you might want to skip them. Overall, I feel that these bulbs are easy to use and are a great value for the price.

I have had Feit bulbs for years with no issues, easy to use and reliable so I figured I would stay brand loyal. Excited to get my new bulbs today and immediately started installing. Ran into problems right off the bat. Lights would not pair. Updated app, restarted my phone, disconnected and re connected to my wifi multiple times. Opened and closed the app. Finally got one to pair after about 45 minutes of trial and error. Ok whatever as long as it works. Well I go to change the color and nothing happens. Won't dim, won't turn off with app won't choose a color. Turn off light restart app etc. Finally get it to be a red, but I don't want red, I want purple. Slide the color wheel to purple and nothing happens. After about two minutes I see the color wheel go back to the red position. Slide it to purple and it turns purple, but not quite the right shape so I adjust it... And nothing happens again. My older Feit bulbs will change easily in real time at the slightest adjustment in the app. Why are these new ones so fickle. Well whatever it's kind of purple so I leave it. Come back into the room and it's bright white again. I turn it off and look at the app and it says the light is on even tho there is no power going to it. Turn it back on and not it's white and dim. Won't change colors. I tried this with three diff bulbs out of the 6 pack and they all have the same issues. I've spent almost two hours trying to make a couple light bulbs work. I think it's false advertising calling these "smart" bulbs. Also the QR code that offers 24/7 help assistance gives you a 404 error when you scan it. Whatever they did when they changed these bulbs turned them into complete trash. Don't waste your time. Won't be buying Feit again.

Well I've been using this Feit Electric for a couple years now because my bedroom didn't have a light and I ordered a shop light for my bedroom where you can just plug it into wall and I hanged it on the wall and it comes with a Wi-Fi to connect to Wi-Fi and you can have a app use it so if you're going to get the shop light I use the Wi-Fi mode If you have Wi-Fi and use the app because it will get bright when it's 100% so much bright it will blind you I can't mind down to one percent and the shop light has a extra plug on it where you can hook up another shop light and in 2025 I bought another one for my back porch and I'm using the Wi-Fi mode The shop light and you can set it what time comes on what times goes off it's perfect and what I mention all that because I love this company because it's shop lights are bright The light bulbs is not bright like the shop lights but it's better than regular light bulbs and regular Dollar tree light bulb smart light bulb because you can actually turn the brightness up and it's perfect I got a three pack I got one for the dining room where I can make it bright and I got one for the front room where my mother can make her settings to make it bright so I'm just saying yes worth the money with this company so anything with this name with this company I say go for it the shop lights are 60 bucks

For years I have avoided LED bulbs in favor of incandescent because I need the warmer hues or I have migraines. My partner bought these bulbs for a room I rarely use and I was surprised to find that I can tolerate the light they produce. The app is finicky, but has a lot of options. I had one evening where I had to reinstall the app because it kept deleting the lights from the menu options after they had been turned off. It can be hard to change color sometimes without having to turn the light off/on and then go back into the settings. Otherwise, the ability to change the hues and intensity work pretty well and allow me to do fine adjustments so that I can use these lights. The music/party function doesn't work at all with most of the music I have tried because it causes a weird strobing affect unlike other lights I've seen with the same feature. At this point, I've installed these bulbs in all the rooms of the house because it's nice to have something I can use without headaches.

Al ser mi primer foco inteligente no tengo con que compararlo. Pero cumplió mis expectativas. * Buscaba reemplazar un foco led de 100 W, e ilumina excelente. * Poder disminuir la intensidad de la luz lo hace muy bien, del 1% al 100%. * Poder mover y programar la temperatura de la luz, para que en la noche la luz azul no nos quite el sueño. * El poner colores (RGB) en el foco es un plus, solo que la intensidad de estos es muy baja comparado a la luz normal, podria decir que un 50%. Se siente como un antro. Tiene una especie de parapadeo que casi no se logra notar. De ahi en feura excelente.
