What is the ampage on the battery?

It's the only battery pack that charges it while you at, the others will lose battery

I already bought the carrying case. Why can’t I buy the elite strap with battery without another carrying case.

You CAN purchase separately....Go to the oculus sight. Though the price currently is $109. For the extra 10 bucks I'd just buy the bundle with the included case. Hope that helps.

Does this battery strap have a port for the link cable

This strap does not. According to the specifications on Oculus's website, this battery and the link cannot be used at the same time. Probably because they both use the same port on the headset. I am unsure if you can get a splitter and use them both that way.

Does it come with a spare battery?

The battery on this strap is the spare battery for the headset. It does not come with another battery. The only way to get another battery would be to buy a second strap with the battery.
