Price was decent, the install was fairly easy and after the filter flushed all the air out, the water is clear and tastes better than straight from the tap. It looks fine on the sink but doesn't match my current faucet. We are changing the faucet to match the water dispenser. I much prefer this to water in the door of the fridge as it's not leaking on the floor or rusting out the fridge door. Not cold but the ice maker still works.

It works very well. I love the purity of the water and its wonderful, refreshing taste. It is very easy to install, and the water flow is good — fairly fast. I also appreciate the separate water tap feature, which helps extend the life of the filter. With its two-year lifespan, I don’t have to change the filter frequently, making it convenient and cost-effective. It’s a great addition to my kitchen

Works good. Easy to install. Replaced old cheap system, so already had hole to install and hosing ran. Only thing I'm concerned with is getting new filter in 3 yrs. Everything seems solid and we'll made, so should be good for 10 or more yrs. Better water flow/pressure then old cheap filter set. This feeds both a spicket @ sink and the ice maker in fridge at the same time, making bigger ice cubes then the old way, which was 2 separate filters. Very happy.

The filter is great. Easy to install and works well. The company was responsive to any questions and clearly care about making sure you’re satisfied. Very good purchase overall. So much more convenience than a brita pitcher. I wish I would have went with this option a long time ago.

Water seems quite nice, my daughter says it feels smooth. Supposed to last two years, I'll see. If it does I will be happy. Not very difficult to install. the hoses are push-on to connect. I had to change my water line, the 3/8" part of my line was very difficult to attach, after a short struggle I walked to the hardware store and life was much easier. The set up comes with an adapter with a stop cock valve for the water line. It is versatile : 3/8" to 1/2" or 1/2" to 1/2" or 3/8" to 3/8". The tubing is attached already. You can measure from the adapter to the "IN" port of the filter leave enough extra length, there is plenty of tubing, cut the tubing."I used a razor knife". (the piece you cut off will go on the faucet) Then you can move on to the faucet. You can assemble the faucet with the plastic nut the push-to connect adapter and the tubing going from the faucet to the filter before you secure the faucet (from above)it will be easier than under the sink. First thread the plastic nut onto the faucet you can leave about an inch and a half, then the push grey push-lock onto the faucet then a blue clip then the tubing and the other clip. (the clips go on the push-lock connector to prevent the lock from loosening). Set the faucet in place. It is very helpful if someone could hold it in place while you tighten it up. Under the sink. The washer is split so you can get the nut as close as possible then slip in the washer and tighten the nut. Then cut the tubing to length. The filter has "in" and "out" ports, just push the tubing from faucet firmly into the OUT port then the tubing from the water line into the "IN" port. Open the stopcock then the faucet and purge the air out and check for leaks. Let the water run for a bit. Enjoy your filtered water. Hardest part for me was fastening the faucet, Not as young or as trim as I use to be but still was able to squeeze in and reach the back of sink to tighten the plastic nut.

Got this for the kitchen instead of going crazy on the refrigerator that has two ice makers definitely saves on buying a $30 refrigerator filter helps makes that last longer. Better tasting water definitely noticed.

Installation is a breeze compared to another 3 stage filter I tried. The faucet looks good, no leakage/spill a year later. Water tastes great and the convenience is huge compared to the Pitchers we used to years. The only thing I did like is that it only lasted about 8 months for our family. I reached out to Customer Support for help and Andrew (the Service Rep) even offer a free replacement for me. Top notch!!

Water tastes ok. Doesnt use electricity and takes very little space. Howeve the flow rate shud have been more. Takes a lot of time to fill up even a glass.

I recently installed the Waterdrop 15UB-UF 0.01 μm Ultra Filtration Under Sink Water Filter, and I'm extremely pleased with the results so far. The water tastes great, noticeably cleaner and with less "flavor" than our old filter system. The filtration accuracy of 0.01 μm ensures that almost all bacteria are removed, and the lead-free, BPA-free materials give me peace of mind about the water's safety. Installation was straightforward, although removing the old filter was a bit challenging due to incompatible hardware and lines. I had hoped i could just cut the old lines and install, unfortunately i had to uninstall the entire old system and replace everything. Our previous filter system was no longer producing fresh tasting water, finding replacement filter cartridges for it was difficult and more expensive than the entire Waterdrop kit. The Waterdrop system, however, features innovative push-to-connect fittings, making the setup a breeze, and changing the filter looks equally simple. The flow rate is impressive, providing a steady supply of pure, fresh water. Overall, this filter system is a fantastic upgrade, offering efficient filtration and easy maintenance. Highly recommended! The only thing that is yet to be tested is filter longevity, i will be pleased so long as the filter lasts at least 12 months. However our municipal water is pretty clean but has a strong chlorine smell to it so i feel like we should have pretty good results.
