Strong, durable shelves - easier to build than you might think
Needed shelves to put in a shipping container that we use for garden storage. Researched lots of options and went with these because of their good reviews, their size & strength and also the apparent ease of putting them up. They didn't disappoint. They arrived in a timely manner, I watched a few YouTube videos where blokes were putting these things up with apparent ease using nothing more than a mallet. The surprising sticking point for me was actually fitting the small plastic 'feet' to each upright. The guys in the videos just seemed to pop them on with no effort, but I came close to madness, swearing and watching them ping out of my hand and into the garden a million times. You get one side hammered on, but the other side is a b@$tard! Anyway, once they were on the rest went fairly smoothly. You would benefit from someone's help just to hold some of the struts in place whilst you mallet them in place, but otherwise it's plain sailing. The finished result is fantastic; durable and strong. Would 100% recommend.

These are great
These are brilliant, i found very easy to put together on my own, once you realise how they fit , hardest part for me was those plastic feet m, that was a struggle. Once full assembled they are rock solid, i brought the 240cm x 45cm was do impressed i brought the 120cm x 45cm which arrived in two days!!!! Just finished these garage looks do tidy.

Strong and good value
Absolutely perfect for my garage, very sturdy. I'm pretty good at DIY self assembly but you need to be careful with the lugs when tapping them together to ensure correct fit

Hell to build, but sturdy
It was a royal headache to put together and is def a two person job However, if you’ve not lost your temper with it, and built it to completion, then it’s a good strong set up But the agro to construct is real

Excellent sturdy shelving unit. Goes together easily without any screws. Instructions for building are included but could quite easily be sussed without! You’ll need a rubber mallet or similar to knock the parts into position. Once built it’s a very sturdy unit without necessity to affix to a wall. I’d buy another without hesitation if required

Good job Big Dug
PROS - Really easy to put together and good build quality metal work, MDF shelves fit nice and flush also snug. When shelving is fixed against a wall it’s really steady.. CONS - MDF corners on 3 shelves damage and split slightly nothing major and hidden in back corner. Metal work slightly scratched to while in packaging. In general very happy
