Excellent quality
I've bought and installed 2 of these on my desk. They are very heavy duty, the sliding glides are strong and smooth. Easy to install. I've never used the locks so I can't comment on them but these are excellent drawers that I feel will last a long time

Perfect w/ improvement opportunities.
This is a great addition to any home lab -- especially if you're juggling multiple work and personal devices. I actually used this as a desk drawer with a Thunderbolt KVM to store multiple laptops, and with a flip of a switch, bounced between work and personal devices. There are two things I would consider changing. First, the wrist rest is a dry, open-cell foam. Surely, there's a material less obnoxious, though this is likely an easy upgrade. Second, access to a 1u riser would be great. A laptop takes up less than 1U, so devoting 2U to one device seems silly. An optional, perforated riser would be wonderful. Since these are situational recommendations, 5 stars.

Excellent product BUT...
Great product. Sturdy, heavy duty, discreet and modern. I really love it. Only reason I did not give 5 stars as opposed to 4 is because it arrived dented from delivery. The company could work on better packaging the product to protect it. It was just the drawer and a square sized styrofoam the size of my wallet inside the package. Not very protected. Overall, excellent product!

Expensive but solid build and smooth open/close
I bought this drawer since my desk has no drawers. The first 2 things that came to my mind when I took it off the box were: 1) This is SOLID 2) It was literally a joy to open and close the drawer. It's so smooth, I just kept doing it for a little while, it's so satisfying. Pros/Features: Great Open/Close mechanism. It's smooth and feels good. Requires minimal force to open/close but does not move around. Slim It's pretty slim so it doesn't interfere too much with your legs, but that depends on your and your desk's height. Easy to install: Inside the box there were no instructions, just the needed screws and the keys, but all you need to do is drill them into your desk. It took like 10 min including clearing my desk and flipping it over Solid construction: It IS made of metal, and it is sturdy, and seems be built to last. This also means that electronics or other metal items without a case will get scratched. At this price point it would be nice if they included some kind of lining for the drawer. Wrist restpad It also comes with some kind of wrist padding, which I guess you could use if you want to put a keyboard or laptop directly on it while open (it's sturdy enough to sustain the weight), but that is not my use case. Cons: - Expensive. - No inner lining/padding (could be foam) In the end, I AM happy with my purchase, but I do believe the product is somewhat expensive/overpriced.

Ideal Under-Cabinet Drawer for Laptop Storage
In our home, I have a wall-mounted electronics equipment rack (internet gateway, Ethernet patch panel, 24 port switch) and needed a place to store/retrieve a laptop for accessing configuration for those devices. This drawer was the perfect solution. It is available in multiple sizes allowing me to pick the one that suited the equipment I use. Came with a mounting template and hardware - installation took no time at all. That it is lockable is a plus.

This is my second drawer from this vendor.
The frame and sliding portions are truly sturdy. The drawers each have a separate lock and key. An installation template is provided which you can use to mark the holes you'll be drilling (4). A good product.

Nice drawer but some quality issues
I bought this under desk drawer to complete my minimalist desk setup. The drawer houses my OWC Thunderbolt 4 Hub and external disk drives that I use with my LG 4K Monitor and MacBook Air.. I liked the fact that the drawer has cut outs for the cables at the back and has holes in the bottom to assist with ventilation. My final configuration works really well, however there were some quality issues that I had to address. 1) The drawer did not open and close correctly. Maybe it had been dropped at some point, but the sliding mechanism had been forced into the housing and was stuck. I managed to fix it with the use of some plyers. 2) There is a piece of foam mounted (glued) to the front of the drawer - presumably to act as an arm rest. The foam was not mounted square, so the arrangement looked odd when closed. I decided to remove the foam. It was not easy as the glue is very strong. WD40 really helped. Now that time has passed, I am very happy with my setup.

Computer need
Iโve given this a five star rating. That should be enough.

Happy
Have not had any issues as described by others. No wiggle, droop, sagging or anything else. May have gotten lucky. only thing I have a slight issue with is the unit I received is a damn tank and weighs a brick, feels like I added 20 pounds to my 4U portable.
