No, the automatic soap dispenser can't be wall mounted.

Can this handle shower Dove soap, which is bit thicker?

It might be a bit two viscous, you need to dilute it with water. I use in the kitchen with Fairy liquid diluted on a sponge and it is great.

Can I use this with rechargeable batteries?

My soap dispenser has broken down unable to find out How to use It's 2 year warranty So I no longer recommend this soap dispensa

Can it be used for shampoo, conditioner and shower gel

I don't see why not, as long as you can keep it relatively dry. Incase you were thinking of putting it in a shower cubicle I'm not sure if the excessive water might trigger the dispenser to dispense & if it's constantly wet it might get water damage somehow...
