Solid and sturdy, I really love this retro watch and get compliments on it all the time. The indiglo light is very blue and bright. The price point is great, as I don't feel overly protective about wearing it during my daily activities and it's held up really well. I did have to remove a few links from the band so it would fit more snuggly on my wrist, but this was easy enough to do following an instruction video on Youtube.

I've worn this style of Timex watch for the last 24 years. I got my first one when I was working in a factory and I needed to watch the clock so I wouldn't have to get there one second earlier than I had to. That is what this watch is good for, telling the time. It's not fancy or trying to make a fashion statement. It's just a good watch for working folks who need to get things done. Time, date/month, day of the week, alarm, stop watch and nobody has a better lighting system than Indiglo. What more do you need? The tabs where the watch band pins set in the case sometimes will break. I've had a couple of them do this through the years. You can usually get at least 6-7 years out of them before that happens and it doesn't happen every time. They are a cheap watch so it's to be expected. Just go buy another one. It would be nice if Timex would make these with a metal case and a harder crystal. They will scratch rather easily but it's not too big of a deal. The expansion band is nice and comfortable and it's easy to slide off and on for washing hands. Very light weight and comfortable. Just a good all around basic watch. The new black color is a nice touch. The typical silver and gold ones at Wal Mart look a little bit dated so I was pleased to see Timex celebrating their past and offering some new color options.

Hopefully you get a good one but mine lasted about 4 months of 1-3 day/week wearing it before the wrist strap gave out. Also the water resistance is only effective against a splash or washing your hands, any full immersion will render the digital component useless.

Exactly what I wanted. Just needed to keep track of time while outdoors hunting and fishing. Wear it all the time now and gets abused while working with zero failures.

La montre est de la même taille qu'une casio, qui est tres petite elle aussi. Le bracelet en Metal est tres désagréable pour moi, met poils de bras se coince dedans et j'ai droit a une epilation. La nuit je ne peux pas la porter. J'ai demandé un retour :/

Great watch. There is a slight color difference between the face and the band and if you look closely you can tell that they're not the same material but it's a sharp looking watch for sure.

Our son loves it, especially the stretch strap.

J'ai retrouvé la nostalgie des années 80 avec cette montre et son bracelet élastique en métal. Elle fait forte impression même chez les jeunes qui n'ont pas connu cette époque. Elle est vraiment belle pour un prix modique.
