Works like a charm. Easy as pie to install. Be sure to check with them to see if your device is able to use. I originally ordered an 8gb stick, going off a part number. After reading a bunch of reviews, it seemed to be a legit choice. Once I got it, and installed, it just yelled at me. So after reading another 100 reviews, I found one from the company that said this particular model (and maybe others) has to have 2 sticks of equal value, in other words, instead of one 8gb, I needed 2 4gb. They gladly took my 4gb back and I ordered the correct pack of 2- 4gig sticks. Works great. No questions asked on return and returned my dollars on the same day that I sent it back. The new ram makes a night and day difference with this little machine. Awesome ram, awesome company.

This kit worked great on my iMac 27" (13,2) to bump it from 8gb to 16gb or ram.

Timetic memory kit was and affordable and easy way to upgrade a computer that will soon be obsolete. The add RAM cards increased the memory and gave the computer a more responsive feel with the increased speed. The performance of computer has improved and after the updates stop possibly find different applications for this older computer to do.

Excellent product! At this time, DDR3 RAM modules are all very good, and will almost certainly outlive the computer. Given that, Timetec had the least expensive RAM upgrade kit for my older laptop. It installed very easily the first time, and speed and capacity are as advertised. The build quality is comparable to the pre-installed Kingston RAM. I am very happy with the product, and expect it to outlive the laptop it was installed to! I was so happy with it, I later ordered another kit to upgrade a family member's laptop.

Chose this product based on compatibility and price. It arrived on time and took probably 10 minutes to install. Worked perfectly right off the bat and has fully met my expectations.

My Acer Aspire 5741 came with 3 GB of ram and after several software upgrades my laptop became really slow to boot up and run the installed programs. After reviewing several memory upgrades on Amazon I was still unsure as to whether they would work. I reached out to Time-Tec customer care via email to find out which memory upgrade was the correct one for my laptop. I got a prompt response from their customer care representative with a recommendation for the correct memory upgrade to use. The memory upgrade arrived on time and in good condition. The installation of this upgrade was easy and required just one small Phillips head screwdriver and a small flathead to access the memory compartment Once installed I booted up my laptop and it easily recognized the upgrade from 3GB to 8GB. The improved performance of my laptop was clearly evident with less lag time to perform tasks. I really appreciate the excellent response and technical support which I received from Time-tec and would highly recommend their products.

Qnap RAM is very expensive as I was looking for a way to increase the RAM to improve performance of my NAS, Timetec RAM fitted the bill very reasonably priced and seem to be good quality. I was looking for a reliable RAM that would not fail and compatible and so far no issues It has been working for 2 weeks without an issue shows the increased RAM and is using it successfully It seems more responsive and able to process more but haven't done any bench tests yet. My only regret was that I stuck to the CPU recommendations of only 8GB RAM and could have tried 16GB but very happy with the improved system Timetec are very good with communication very quick response helpful and informative I will certainly use Timetec in the future and explore the other products they are very reasonably priced and seem to offer a high quality product

When I tried to order the DDR3 (2X4GB) memory kit, Amazon kept re-directing me to a single 8GB stick instead. A single stick is unacceptable for my HP Elitebook 8440P as it requires 2 sticks of memory to operate. Thinking Timetec may have stop making the DDR3 memory kit, I was forced to gamble on this DDR3L kit. Fortunately, true to Timetec's claim, this memory stick DOES work with 1.5V other than the 1.35V for DDR3L. Installation was extremely easy. Pop the old memory out, insert the new one and the 8440P boots up pronto. It seems to generate a bit less heat too. There is also great improvement in response, considering the 8440P is using the Intel 1st generation i5 CPU. I didn't rate its "durability" as I only have it running for 3 days. It would be unfair to give any rating for such a short duration. Only time will tell how the 1.5V has what kind of effect on this memory sticks.

First of all, I'd like to give kudos to this seller for their exceptional customer service. I ordered this same ram sticks from them some days ago. They followed up after two days or so just to know if all was good. Unfortunately, both of the ram sticks of 4GB each didn't make my system run. It took taking one out for my system to run. I just thought it was due to unavailability of memory space on it. I explained this to the seller and they asked several questions about my laptop and its build. They patiently analyzed everything before coming to the conclusion to send back the sticks, get a refund and re-do the order so they could send new ones. I did exactly as they said and I got a new set 4 days ago. My system has been running like brand new. They're getting my 5 star rating because of their exceptional customer service.

They work. Upgraded the ram from 4gb to 8 gb. On a 2013 laptop. Computer recognized it and functions just fine. Easy to install. Just remove back cover from laptop and pop out the old ram and then install the new ram. Don’t break the clips and you’re good.
