Great water dispenser
Works great. A little noisy at times. I like that it is self cleaning. Black stainless looks really nice.

Unacceptably poor quality
It looks nice, but that's about where the niceties end. Twice in the last few months, the dispenser has just randomly started pouring water out onto the floor from inside the bottle cabinet. This is apparently such a problem that they have an FAQ on how to fix it yourself. It's not a manufacturing defect - it's a design flaw. The reservoir lid just lightly snaps in place and spontaneously comes off, which doesn't let the pump know that it's full, so the pump just runs continuously. If I wasn't home both times it happened, our dining room would have been flooded with 5 gallons of water. The first time it happened, it stopped on its own. I contacted support and they wouldn't even talk to me without a video of it happening. Aside from the catastrophic failure listed above, the bottle door doesn't stay shut and doesn't seem to have any mechanism to hold it shut, so when the pump starts running, it rattles the door open and stops filling the reservoir. No water means no cold or hot water even after you shut the door. Doesn't happen all the time, but it shouldn't happen ever on a dispenser at this price. It also doesn't get all the water out of the bottle. It leaves about a quart in the bottom and there's no way to make the 'straw' any longer, just shorter. The tube that pulls the water out rattles against the side or back of the dispenser. There doesn't seem to be any way to put the bottle in that doesn't cause the dispenser to be noisy when the pump or compressor is running. The clock is a nice feature, but it runs fast... I know, nitpick, but we've been doing digital watches for decades. At this price point, there's no excuse. Get it right or leave it off. The temperature targets are essentially useless. If you set the hot to the top (191F, I think), you'll get somewhere within 20 degrees of that. On the bottom end, you can set it to 39F and it'll dispense between 40 and 45 degrees. Maybe that's close enough, but if you're not going to be accurate, why let us set it? And it dispenses painfully slowly.

Almost perfect
I had a bottom loading primo brand water dispenser for years. It didn't have a night light....so HteaO opened up a location in my town. They had a few brio machines in stock. Ridiculously over priced. And they had no way of boxing it up. What you saw on the floor was it. Post pandemic... 😆. Usually a million hands touching something wouldn't bother me. But it's something I bringing home to drink from. So I came on here to see what uncle Jeff has in stock. And I fell in Love with this model. Because of the light up buttons with the night light. Now I got kids who are too lazy to just flip the switch on the wall. What have it 4 stars is they done stay constantly illuminated. So if it's dark and we catch the machine chilling the water in the tank. It's a lucky moment. Stand is from Avalon. Fits the machine like a glove. Highly recommend it if you are tall or have back problems.

No more hard water
Our water is very hard and the dispenser has been the perfect solution. The hot water is HOT! I use the water from the dispenser to make distilled water, drinking water and cooking. I bought extra jugs from a big box store and with so many grocery and big box stores offering refills, it’s easy to shave water available. We refill ours at the office for soft and high alkaline water.

Pleasant to the eye and works great!
Could be a little bit noisy when heating or cooling water, but no to the annoying degree. Works great!

Great Dispenser w/ cleaning function and 1 pain point
Overall a good dispenser. Not great but good. I dispenses hot, cold, and room temperature water with adjustable cold and hot temperatures with a predefined range for both. It tells me when the bottle needs replacement which is handy as the bottle is hidden from view. I love the self cleaning option which uses O3 technology. It’s elegant and sleek with soft-touch buttons. It gives you the time and has a night light. Jose we, after 2 year of owning it decided not to dispense amy water through the cold water outlet. I aha e done 3 time the machine reset procedure to recover. The machine recovers well but I ky to see the problem return the following day. Because every resets works, it makes me think the issue is not the pump but something else. This is a very common issue that owners report. Common Brio, improve your design. Also, another belly ache is with the button lights which I feel were reversedly designed. The night light is only by the water dispensing spout/tray area. However, I cannot see the button in the dark. They only light up when either the water is heating o cooling. When the water has reached its temperatures the buttons don’t light up. Therefore, I don’t see the buttons on the panel at night. In the dark I struggle finding the right buttons. They should light up if you turn on the night light, and light off when you press them. I feel it is a big design flaw if you care for serving water in the dark. Come on abrió. Really?

Cold water stops dispensing
After about a year the cold water stopped dispensing. Customer support says to unplug for 2 hours, plug back in and dispense water from all temperatures to reset. I’ve been having to reset more frequently. The motor does rattle and is loud. If I mess with the placement of the bottle the rattling stops.

I Love My New Water Cooler
After seeing the inside of our 40 year old water pipes outside our building when the water company replaced our meter, I was shocked at the horrific muck inside those old water pipes. I immediately ordered this water cooler and LOVE IT! I bought the refillable plastic jugs and there are numerous discount & grocery stores that refill the 5 gallon jug for under $2.00 a refill with lead free sparkling clean water to drink-hot or cold. I bought instant coffee packets for times that I want just 1 cup of hot coffee. Go ahead and buy it, you won’t be disappointed!
