Will the rubber hold up usung cuticle remover?

t The rubber end is used to push the cuticle down. The other end is used to remove the cuticle which works very well.

Does it come in a sealed package?

Lourdes, my pack of cuticle trimmers didn’t come in a sealed package. They came in a plastic envelope with a fold over flap, which was inside a small card board box. Hope that helps.
