What a beautiful piece of hardware let down so badly by a rubbish App. I bought this after doing a lot of research and at first I was delighted with the quality finish and amazing sound, but after two days of use I've discovered the App which controls the Internet radio and your own music library is completely useless, the App helps you find music channels and stores them as preset/favourites and also controls the so called Smart Technology which let's you switch enabled devices in different rooms around the home, the system is called HEOS and if you look at the reviews in the App Store you will see what I mean. The App keeps asking me to log in, it's very slow to respond and times-out repeatedly it basically makes the Internet radio unusable and considering the price of the Denon unit it is completely unacceptable. Rant over. Update, the App is working fine again so let's hope it was just a blip, I'll see how it performs over the next few days. One week later and the App has been working fine, I've since worked out how to access Internet radio without the App so all is good once more.

I have given 5 stars across the board, as it does what I bought it for extremely well. Breakfast room, mainly for TV sound. So easy, I just press the Sky on, the Sky turns the TV on, and the TV output turns the Denon on. Learning "remote control" means I can use just the one handset. Sound is v good, with I think a Class D sound to it. Looks good as well, and nice size. Internet tuning is frustrating, and FM needs careful positioning of (upgraded) indoor aerial.

I use this at home as my hi fi system. Denon is an old name and quality. I’m a pensioner and it took me an hour or two to set it up properly, internet radio etc but the company that supplied the unit were excellent and very helpful. Love it

Superb, clear sound. Excellent, clean design. Very slight reservation about complexity of remote control. But worth every penny.

This system was extremely straightforward to set up and connect to our existing speakers. We need it for playing CDs, streaming music from Apple and Amazon, and for the radio. We have not bothered with the HEOS App, and we have no Alexa. For what we need it is perfect - small in size, attractive looking, and with a nice sound as you would expect from Denon.

Rezension erstellt am 25.12.2020. Die Kompaktanlage Denon RCD-N11DAB mit Denon SC-N10 2-Wege Lautsprecher ist ein Genuß! Es gibt sie auch als Set zu kaufen, jedoch waren Andere leider schneller und somit war nur ein Einzelkauf dieser Komponenten noch möglich. Aber alles perfekt über Amazon gelaufen. Die Anlage selbst ist unschlagbar und bringt höhsten Musikgenuß ins heimische Wohnzimmer. Als Ergänzung habe ich noch 2x Subwoofer, FOSTEX PM-SUBmini2, an die Anlage angeschlossen. Eine gelungene Mischung, soviel kann ich nach den letzten Tagen schon sagen. Der Bassbereich wird durch die SUBs noch besser hervorgehoben und mittels eigener Volumenanpassung dezent, ohne aufdringlich zu wirken, hinzugefügt. PERFEKT! Was mir negativ aufgefallen ist, ist die Ansteuerung via HEOS-App. Sie ist noch "ausbaufähig". Alleine die Handhabung der Playlists, hinzufügen, anlegen, ist sehr, sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig und ließ mich am Anfang schon etwas verzweifeln. Kurz gesagt: Keine rühmliche App. Zweiter negativer Punkt ist die Handhabung der HEOS-App mittels "Bluethooth". Über W-LAN ständige Musik-Aussetzer, die nach kürzester Zeit gewaltig nerven. Abhilfe schafft hier einzig und allein ein kabelgebundener LAN-Anschluß ans Heim-Netzwerk. Hier kam mir zuhilfe, dass ich noch die beiden "Buchstützen" von der Telekom hatte, welche das am Router per Netzwerkkabel (LAN-Kabel) angeschlossene Sendeteil via W-LAN (!) zum Empfangsteil sendet und von dort wieder mittels LAN-Kabel an den Denon Netzwerk-Anschluß geleitet wird. Danach funktionierte auch die Verbindung "Bluethooth" vom Smartphone zur Anlage ohne Unterbrecher. Die Amazon-Music-App ist leider auch nicht der große Wurf. Sie bietet ebenso teilweise merkwürdige Zusammenhänge zwischen den gekauften Titel und den Playlists, welche umständlich zu händeln sind. Eine wirklich vernünftige Bedienungsanweisung, welche auch verständlich ist, suchte ich bislang vergeblich. Da steht man(n) ziemlich alleine da. Leider sind die Funktionen nicht immer selbsterklärend. Auch hier sollte unbedingt nachgearbeitet werden, damit der Bediener sich voll und ganz auf die Musik konzentrieren kann, so wie es sein sollte. Mein Fazit: 1. Die Kompaktanlage ist PERFEKT (mit den zusatzlichen SUBs). 2. Die Apps "Heos" und "Amazon-Music" brauchen noch mehr Pflege. (erstellt: 25.12.2020)

L’ho preso per aggiornare il modello precedente. Resta ancora un valido prodotto di marca che non delude. L’App collegata funziona meglio della precedente. La ricezione radio nella mia zona non è migliora con questa versione. Ho compensato con la ricezione da rete. La ricezione Wi-Fi è più stabile ma ho optato per il collegamento con rete lan. I pulsanti sono stati sostituiti da comandi touch retroilluminati nella zona superiore. Anche il display è stato migliorato.

Mooi toestel, uitstekend geluid (mijn boxen zijn Q-Acoustics 3010's die ik zal upgraden naar 3030's) en uiterst veelzijdig maar het is niet "perfect" (alsof dat zou kunnen). De grootste problemen zijn: - de HEOS applicatie is qua interface niet echt goed. Het lukt uiteindelijk wel om alles te doen, maar het is niet echt intuitief, - de integratie met Google Assistant lukt niet. Ik kan _niet_ vragen om "Spotify af te spelen in de woonkamer". Google Assistant zegt immers: "geen device gevonden in de woonkamer" terwijl het wél zo ingesteld staat. - ik kocht het eveneens om FLACs van USB af te spelen. Dat lukt dus NIET vlot met USB3.x kaartjes: het toestel hapert de eerste 20, 30 seconden zowel met FLAC als met MP3. Met USB2.x heb ik dat probleem niet (zoals aanbevolen door Denon support). Ik heb op het punt gestaan het terug te sturen omwille van bovenstaande, maar los van die observaties is het wél een goed all-in-one toestel met een mooi design.

Urządzenie uruchamia się bardzo wolno! W celu połączenia ze spotify trzeba czekać co najmniej minutę zanim możliwe będzie połączenie. W przypadku ustawionego radia internetowego również trzeba czekać ponad minutę, dopiero jak się załaduje trzeba kliknąć drugi raz na pilocie przycisk odtwarzania. Osoba odpowiedzialna za UX (o ile taka była) powinna natychmiast wylecieć z roboty! Urządzenie według producenta powinno obsługiwać google home, jest to nieprawda! Bardzo zależało mi na tej funkcji, nigdzie jednak jej nie znalazłem a szukałem bardzo długo. Nie jest możliwe więc rozpoczęcie słuchania muzyki przez komendę głosową. Z urządzenia korzystam również jako wyjście audio dla telewizora (przez wyjście optycznie), to też średnio działa i tylko w wybranych aplikacjach (np.na Amazon Prime leży i kwiczy), chociaż w tym przypadku wina jest być może po stronie TV. Jakość dźwięku ok, chociaż dołączone kolumny to raczej rozwiązanie tymczasowe i nie słychać dużej różnicy w odsłuchu w porównaniu do ramki google nest (oczywiście tylko podczas niezbyt głośniej muzyki w tle). Po wysokiej cenie i marce DENON spodziewałem się czegoś dużo lepszego.

El producto es de segunda mano pero vino con su embalaje original, en perfecto estado y con todos los accesorios y con un buen ahorro. Compre los altavoces denon nuevos por separado. La calidad rebosa en todos los sentidos. Tanto en los materiales y construcción del equipo como en su desempeño. Se instala y configura rápidamente, la pantalla es monocromo pero se ve muy bien, el aspecto es para ponerlo en un lugar destacado del salón y lo más Importante suena de maravilla. Se aprecian muchos matices, es un sonido rico y profundo. La música de Amazon music se disfruta más gracias a su conexión por cable lan que evita pérdidas y se puede apreciar claramente la diferencia cuando emite en HD, ultrahd y dolby atmos. Por eso lo compré yo. Quizá los audiofilos más exigentes podrían ponerle alguna pega, pero para un aficionado como yo es más que suficiente. Al equipo le sobra potencia, yo lo escucho normalmente al 25 y más de 50 sobre 100 es como si estuvieras en una discoteca. Puedes escuchar radio por internet de cualquier emisora y tiene formas de búsqueda por temas por localización geográfica, por idioma, etc. Además de lector de CD, que ya no está de moda pero puedes recuperar viejos discos. La aplicación Hemos funciona bien y tiene un buen diseño se puede interactuar desde el móvil con el equipo sin problema. Muy recomendable, si te puedes permitir el precio que creo que lo vale.
