Easy to use, easy to clean, and makes a perfect Vanilla Sweet Cream for your coffee
My wife wanted a Vanilla Sweet Cream experience at home like she often gets at Starbucks, and with this blender container, it was perfect. It was so easy to use that our 9 year old volunteered to become the house barista for about 2 weeks, making 2-3 Vanilla Sweet Cream drinks per day. Alas, it didn't last, but it was no fault of the Aer Disc Blender. We just felt bad asking her to make it when we could do it ourselves. Nevertheless, I have no doubts that it will work no matter who calls it into service. It works perfectly every time, is surprisingly easy to clean, and saves us about $3 per day when we use it.

Amazing kitchen gadget that boosts your creative culinary options
The included recipe book is a general guideline that helps you springboard your culinary creativity options. The ability to make emulsion salad dressings, using appropriate emulsification agents like mustard or egg yolks, etc. is amazing. Also great for making all kinds of agua frescas that would not be possible without this machine. Culinary foams and sauces are also amazing, as are the whipped coconut, dairy cream or chick pea water foams/creams. It takes a lot of experimentation with this gadget, but it really is excellent. Strawberry agua fresca is amazing and probably impossible without this gizmo.
