What size holes are these? I need 9/16

The Lippert Replacement Bearing Block Kit for in-Wall Slide-Out on RVs uses 5/16" holes. If you need 9/16" holes, you will need to drill out the existing holes. Here are the steps on how to drill out the holes: Use a center punch to mark the center of each hole. Drill a pilot hole using a 1/8" bit. Gradually increase the size of the bit until you reach 9/16". Clean out the holes with a wire brush. Install the new bearing blocks. It is important to note that drilling out the holes may weaken the structure of the wall. If you are not comfortable drilling out the holes, you can hire a professional to do it for you.

Is this kit for the standard or inverted racks

That kit is for the slide-out on my rv. But if you watch the video on u-tube you will see where the kit goes.

Is this block kit for the float side

This kit seems to come w the plastic rivets and the aluminum rivets so it will work in either location.

These are VERY similar to the blocks I removed from the slide. But they have one somewhat big difference. The space that the GIBs fit to are different on mine. I have the plastic gibs on my slide that have a small shoulder that fit to the bearing block. I had to remove this should from the gib and make them a 1/16 small so these blocks would fit my slide. I did order replacement gibs on eBay that will likely work, but for now the slide is operational. My top bearing block was damaged, this part was able to resolve my issue.
