This Magicteam white noise machine has been a great addition to my nightly routine. I use it on the Infinity (continuous play) setting, which I really appreciate because it’s much easier for me to operate than having to turn it on and off or cycle through different timer options. Once it’s set, it just plays continuously without any interruptions. It truly helps me sleep and does an excellent job of drowning out street noise. I’ve noticed a big difference in how quickly I fall asleep and how well I stay asleep through the night. The sound quality is soothing, and I like that the machine offers multiple sound options, my personal favorite is the wind sound, which is very calming and natural. The unit itself is a bit bulky for a tiny suitcase, which is the only reason I didn’t travel with it. That said, I liked it so much that I ended up purchasing a smaller noise machine just for travel, so I could have the same white noise comfort on the road. Overall, this is a very effective, easy to use sound machine, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone who needs white noise to sleep better.

The best looking small but mighty noise maker with lots of choices is so worth it. We love this rechargeable noise machine. Great as gifts too and easy traveler cause it’s so small. Charge lasts a long time too. Great value for the money.

This thing is great! I need dark noise to sleep because I suffer from misophonia. The dark noise blocks out the random little sounds from my animals or outside that keep me from falling asleep/wake me up and blocks louder noises outside during the day. I was using the dark noise feature on my iPhone but it would randomly cut off in the middle of the night suddenly, causing me to wake up. This noise machine is a quality upgrade. There are many sound settings, but I only use the dark noise. So I can’t speak to any loops. However, the variety of sounds is nice to have, and I think there is something for everyone. For its size, this thing gets LOUD. I love the volume range. There are two minor things i wish i could change. First, it would be nice if the control buttons were illuminated. They are small and in the dark you can easily hit the wrong one. HOWEVER, there are dueling buttons for each function (back and forward for sound setting, up and down for volume) so it’s easy to get back to where you want to be. Second, the timer function is the same button as the power button. You have to long press the power button to turn the machine on and off and short press it to set the timer. There are 5 pin lights to indicate your timer setting which is convenient. However, it is very easy to accidentally turn on the timer. Many nights I’ve accidentally done so and woken up to a silent room after an hour. Also, convenient to some, annoying to me because of what I’ve described, the timer setting remains even when powering down. Sometimes I accidentally short press before long pressing, don’t realize, so the hour timing is set when I turn it back on. If I don’t notice the pin light, again I wake up in a quiet room. That being said, it’s really a minor thing that I’ve mostly adjusted to. My muscle memory has developed to long press, but I thought it was worth mentioning for new users. All in all, I’d absolutely recommend this sound machine! It’s a great product for the price.

Great sound and works as described. Really like the multiple sleep time options. Only issue is was shipped with the connecting cord with the USB A for the included power adapter but it came with a USB Type C to plug into the device requires a USB micro B. Luckily I have a collection of cords so it was no trouble to find one that fit correctly.

Small size with plently of good sounds that vary enough to wok for anyone that need white noise sounds to sleep. Easy to use and sound quiet or lound enough for any situation.

I have ringing in my ears, which is especially noticeable when it is quiet. I always keep some background noise going because otherwise the ringing causes me anxiety. I normally use music or have the television on during the day. At night, I was using a fan, but my husband didn’t care for the draft it created. I decided to check into white noise machines and came across this inexpensive, highly rated, tiny noise machine on Amazon. I love it! I ordered it in wood grain and I think it looks nice. It offers a wide variety of sounds (fan, train, campfire, rain, birds, etc.) at a wide volume range which completely mask my ear ringing. It has a timer (1, 2, 3 or 4 hours) or can operate continuously, which is how I use it. It definitely helps me sleep better, and I have even started using it during the day at times instead of music/television. Would recommend.

After burning through two battery operated, portable sound machines (Frida Baby 2 in 1 and Yogasleep Hushh, both with very positive Amazon reviews), I realized that these portable units just aren't designed to be plugged-in all the time. So, good for travel, but if you're using one as your daily sound machine for your child's sleep, it will likely malfunction by the 1 year mark unless you're super anal about keeping it partially charged. Enter a plug-in unit. This one looked not too expensive and had reasonable reviews. After about 8 months of daily use, I can say it does the job, but it's not great. The buttons are small, to turn it on/off you have to press and hold the power button (why??), if you just press power it will set a timer and shut off eventually. The sound is what you'd expect from a cheap, tiny speaker. Pros: Small, cheap, durable, gets loud enough, not visually intrusive Cons: Buttons are tiny and not illuminated or glow in the dark (remember this is a nighttime device), on/off is same button as timer, cord connection has become loose and delicate and is micro-usb, sound is tinny.
