I would give these 10 out of 5 stars. I wish I had these 3 months ago! I am scheduled for a C-Section on 4/2, I decided to wear a pair to test comfort and size a few days prior. I never want to wear a thong or regular undies again. They are soft, comfortable, and as depicted. They come up about mid-belly and as long as you get your size, they stretch in all the right places. They are C-section undies, they don't give a lot of support to a big belly, they are meant for coverage not support. I am 5' 1" and about 230 lbs XL was a great size for me. I hope to get back to my original 125/130, and will be wearing these until they get to be too big! If there was anything to complain about, it would be the sewed inseam of the crotch being wide but not long. Best comparison I can give is needing a 3 pad for your period and only having a 1. If you are loosing any fluids it won't like up with the extra sown in fabric. As a girl, we can never get the perfect size for cooter coverage length and width size (for that extra patch on the inside). None the less, 10 out of 5 stars and would recommend these for all of your third trimester. Helps stop itching from stretching skin, has the right amount of coverage, and the band is not harsh or sitting at the waist line under the bump. You need these as early as possible and even if you do or do not have a c-section!

Absolutely perfect for wearing after abdominal surgery. Size perfect, quality awesome.

I bought these when I was pregnant because my regular underwear became uncomfortable and I continued wearing them until my incision healed after my c section. Very comfy and well made.

These are so comfy! I’d recommend sizing up- they were a little snug, but they covered the incision site, and the compression was very helpful. I’ll probably use these whenever my period comes back.

The most comfortable underwear for post c-section! They’re soft and they’re high enough that they didn’t rub against my incision. They’re also thick enough for that oh so lovely postpartum bleeding. Highly recommend!

I would give these a better star review if the thighs weren’t so painful. I went up a size and should have sized up twice if you have fuller thighs. I’ve had these one for about 4hrs now and I’m actually in pain in my thighs and hoping to be able to cut them when I get home just to have room in the area since I can’t return them since I’ve worn them.

I don’t have a pic but these are AMAZING! Had surgery in October and these were perfect covering and shielding my incision site! Comes in so many colors. Material doesn’t irritate your skin! I would recommend these over and over!
