Not really a "non-slip" mat
I bought this for hot yoga intentions and the description states its non slip and the mat will stay in place. It did not stay in place, it slid all over the place. The top of it was comfortable to step on, so maybe would be a useful mat for a different activity. I ended up returning this item and received a speedy refund.
