It stopped working, when a device is plugged the digits start blinking. What is happening?

Probably a fuse on the load side.

Do you think I can use it , to charge a motorcycle battery and or “ trickle charge “ ( maintain) a car battery?

You would need some electrical experience and battery charger know how and wire in an amp meter to insure volts times amps does not ever exceed the safe rating of this device. Also need to insure the voltage does not exceed safe voltage to charge a battery at. If you know how, I think it could work for lead-acid batteries but probably not other rechargeable batteries. I recommend instead to use a dedicated battery charger designed for what you are doing.

Will this accept the adapters with a 5.5mm x 2.1mm dimensions? I ask because the images show the plug to be 5.5mm x 2.5mm and 2.1 seems to be standard

Will this work and is it safe for a device with 120vac 60hz 5w input and 16v 100ma dc output?
