Heats up fast!
My stock hotend got clogged and there was a massive glob of PLA stuck onto the heatblock covering the thermistor, nozzle, and heat cartridge so I had to replace all of them. I found this when looking for a new heat cartridge and couldn't be happier. This thing gets up to 210 Celsius in about 30 seconds compared to a minute/minute and a half for the stock 40W heater cartridge on my Ender 3 Pro. Just make sure to run a PID calibration before it's first use. My only complaint is that the wire attached is not quite long enough for me. An extra half meter and it would be perfect. I plan on splicing an extra length of equivalent gauge wire onto it to extend the cable length, but as is it works great. If you need a new heater cartridge, why not upgrade while you're at it?

Fabulous Heater Cartridge!
Works perfectly on my Ender 3 Pro, gets to temperature (260C for ABS) in about 60 seconds after PID tuning. I would recommend that if you are considering it you may look into getting a Mosfet controller as I had problems with my upgraded Silent Mainboard setup. It worked perfectly for a while, but I kept getting thermal runaway shutdowns mid-print, after changing the thermistor twice and still getting the same error, I checked the voltage on the heater cartridge, and it would only get to about 13 volts (should be 24). Open circuit it was at 24V, but as soon as the heater was inline it would dip. So I grabbed a Mosfet controller off of my Anet A6, plumbed it in, and it works wonderful getting juice direct from the Meanwell PSU!

It works amazing
This heater cartridge heats up probably 3 times faster than the stock e3d v6 heater and it is a very affordable and a worthy upgrade for anyone who has an v6 hotend. Its very easy to install but make sure the printer's z-axis is not more than 250mm or the print head won't reach the full range of motion at maximum z-height.

It's hot, don't touch it
The product does get really hot and it heats faster than stock. Only downside is the wires are to short to reach the mainboard on my ender 3. But its a simple fix, just simply solder them to the red wires for the stock heater and it works perfectly. I've been constantly printing nylon at 290~300c with no issues. Pros -It's really hot -install was easy (soldering may be required) -Heats way faster than stock. -Fit's ender 3 Cons - It burned my hand

Good quality
I’m not sure if the item I received was a return because it lacked wire tires and zip ties, and it wasn’t wrapped nicely in the bag. However, it seems to be well-made. The wire feels like silicone, and it arrived with crimp ferrules on the ends. I forgot the measure the resistance but will update the review if I check it.

LONG term user - great performance
I've used this heater cartridge in my QIDI i-mates (modded) for a few years, and now for 2 years in a ratrig vcrore-400. I print in high temperature nylons (around 300c) and this 60watt heater has never missed a beat. I always wait to leave a review, to insure the product actually lasts. When you change (or build) the heater in your hotend you need to run a PID process to tune your control board to the response of the assembly. This is based on the metal, airflow, and heater capability. I give this product FIVE STARS...

Fixed my problem - shorter than stock cables though
Had an issue of my Ender 3v2 stock heating element failing to maintain heat. Ordered this as a replacement and it fixed the problem. If I could change one thing about it, it would be adding about 2-3 inches of length to the cables - They're shorter than the stock, which makes cable management above the hot end a little more difficult because they won't fit in the original sleeve. It's not enough to knock down a start, but, just a mild annoyance that doesn't affect the new heater cart functionality.

This cartridge is great. it gets my hotend to 270c in about 15 seconds, and overall seems well built. Now happily installed in my Ender 3 and will remain so after the E3NG Conversion!
