Can you catch anything salt water with it

for saltwater fishing, I would recommend the Berkley Gulp baits, not the trout paste, I hope this helps.

Planning to use size 6 hook. How much should I put to keep it float under water ?

Size 6 is a bit big if you want it to float off the bottom you need enough to cover hook and shank on small treble hooks we use a ball the size of a marble if using a float just use a small split 6 inches off the hook to hold it down

Can i use it in saltwater like mediterranean sea or red sea ?

I have caught lots of rainbow trout in freshwater with this bait - it is awesome. But the other species in our local dams (like bass, curper, barbel, carp & tilapia) have never taken this bait. I have not tried it in sea water, so am not qualified to answer directly, but based on what I do know my gut feel is it may not be your best bet as a primary bait, but it is probably worth a try.
