I have been using this facewash for over 2 years now. For some reason I couldn't find it in the store anymore so I ordered it here. The lather is very creamy and sudsy. It has a very faint scent, which i really like. Not strong at all. It makes my skin so soft after I use it. I only use it a couple times a week especially after working out and I feel that it makes my skin feel so clean. I think its a great value and it lasts me 6+ months using it multiple times a week.

It's nice, like most Neutrogena products. One of my favorite face cleansers (normal skin; maybe slightly dry in winter; not oily). IMO one of the best for value.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Love this! I chose this because it was suggested, gentle, cleans well, has a pleasant scent (aloe?), is high-quality, effective, and hydrating.

Great face wash

Really helpful for my combination skin. I also get eczema under all of the oil on my face, so finding something gentle and moisturizing for the eczema but that clears up the oil and is good enough of an exfoliant is really hard. This does the job for both things. I’m also really sensitive to a lot of ingredients, but this surprisingly hasn’t caused any itchiness or redness. The gel to lather aspect is nice, and it lathers up well.

As a gel, it was neither too coarse or too runny. The upright bottle cleared counter space, while the pump dispensed the same amount of gel each time. Best of all, the cleanser did a good job cleaning my skin of sunscreen while not making it feel tight. All at an affordable price.

Maybe I have drier skin than I realized, but this product is too drying for me. I tried their cleanser in this line that comes in a pink botyle, and, while it feels great on the skin, it leaves me a bit oily on some areas of my face. That’s why I thought this product might work, but nope! This product dries me out too much. At age 14, I developed acne and took two rounds of Accutane at ages 17-18. That stopped the cystic acne, but I still had oily skin that was prone to pimples and blackheads for decades. So, I thought this cleanser might work better for me than the one in the pink bottle. However, I’m now 52, and I guess my skin has finally changed at some point along the years. I now rarely get pimples, but I still do have a lot of blackheads on my nose, and most sunscreens leave me looking very oily. That’s why I thought this cleanser would be good for me, but no, it didn’t work out. I’m going back to the pink bottle in this line of cleansers. I did get the liquid exfoliator in the blue bottle to see whether it would help with my razor bumps and ingrown hairs in the area that I shave. I’ve only used it once, so I don’t know yet. But what I can say is that using the cleanser in this line that comes in the pink bottle has indeed exfoliated my face. My facial skin no longer feels rough to me; it feels very smooth to me now. So, if you have oily skin, this product might work very well for you.

Adding this to my skincare routine really helped me and my skin so much. It's really good. I've heard there's other versions also like Milk mosturizing , but this one is super good. would recommend:)

It was very nice, you have to twist the cap to use it and then can close it again for better usage. You just need a pump for each wash and is very easy to form a lather. Overall it's good.

This product is being advertised as gentle but it made my face go tomato-red after one use, the burning sensation was so painful and my skin is still peeling off

This the worst worst product till now. I have received damaged product. Even though they are not ready to replace it. I would recommend not to go with product. Your skin becomes very dry after using this
