A little pricey but worth it
We went to Italy last year and have been chasing the dragon of good pasta. This is a little pricey but worth it, something about the pasta you buy at the grocery store doesn't have the ability to for the same al dente cook. Really worth it if you're trying to go for a more authentic experience.

The very best ,,, Michelin star chefs use this brand
Before this brand, I assume that all pasta was the same out of the grocery store, and it is. I did the research and this is what Italian Michelin star chef’s use… the texture, the taste, and the way grips the sauce is unmatched…. Be very careful with the amount of salt you use because this pasta absorbs flavor immediately. It’s not like anything you’ve ever try before.

Kamut Chiocciole Pasta Is Pricy but Delicious
You may not be sensitive to gluten, you might be sensitive to modern wheat growing practices. Try Kamut Chiocciole Pasta, it is organic, non-GMO and absolutely delicious. With Kamut products you can enjoy pasta again without the weird aftertaste or texture of other wheat alternatives (because Kamut is wheat, only better, much, much better). Yes, it is expensive, but worth every penny.
