I need the 15 pin version. Is this one 15 pin?

The one I received was 30 pin (15 on each side) as described in the listing.

The pictures show a 30 pin board, the pinout diagram shows 38 pins. Which is correct?

The 15 pin (30 total) is what was sent to me.

Does the power cable come with the unit?

No wiring, but mine were USB-C connectors, not Micro-usb as were other ESP32's I've ordered in the past.
