Item was delivered quickly and shipped on time. I have severe and chronic lower back problems. Over the y ears I have had several types of back braces. I have discovered that fit, comfort, and effectiveness are essential with these types of items, especially fit which is the main determinant of comfort and effectiveness. The fit was perfect given the fit chart and my size. I wore the item all day and it gave me the relief I was seeking without the unnecessary chafing and sweating. The secret I think is its outstanding width. The unit covers most of back and provides support and a comfortable warmth to many of those small muscles in the back which can be painful. The Velcro straps sit flat and hold firmly. More importantly the item does not double over, slide up or down, and roll over like others I have tried. Very good product, I highly recommend it.

I have been suffering from a painful and seemingly "weak" back for months. Afraid to bend any which way. Scared to sneeze. Not looking forward to putting on my socks. THAT kind of pain. Anyone with THAT kind of back pain understands what I'm saying! Finally, I did a search and came across the recommendation to wear a back support. Of course I went straight to Amazon. Truth be told, most every back support like this had positive reviews. It seemed that I couldn't go wrong. And I was right. IMMEDIATELY when I put this on it was literally like magic. Whatever it is doing, however it is doing it...magic. I can squat. I can bend over. I can almost sneeze without pain. It fits under my shirt (scrub top) during work. Do yourself a favor and just buy this. I can't see how you won't be happy with it.

this is a very comfortable brace, if worn on the outside of my shirt. when i wear this under my shirt i feel itchy. it is the perfect brace outside of this small issue. so i just use it at my at home desk while working and change it to something else if i need to go outside my house.

The email requesting I review this popped up as I am just sitting down at the PC, after a walk and wearing this back brace. Kismet! The brace itself is very well engineered. You can wear it easily over or under clothes. The Velcro is very sticky - which is great. The straps can really pull tight if you need the extra support. If you have a pot belly - you will not look like the guy in the picture. If you look like the guy in the picture - you probably do not need this brace. I bought this brace for walking (also treadmill and bike at gym) and working around the yard, or garage - especially when bending over. For me, I'd be inclined to use this 1) if I felt back spasms or pain (nerve / sciatic) coming prior to exercise, or 2) for longer periods of exercise / training. It can also be of use while sitting for extended periods at a computer. After a month, I can say it functions very well, and it provides excellent support. I'm pleased. Why should you care about what I have to say? I have had 4 neck / lower back surgeries due to congenital spine issues. I have gone through more braces and gadgets - pre and post op than most people should ever endure. I have a wonderful (and obscenely expensive) post op back brace that is bigger than a WWE championship belt. I needed similar support without the bulk. This little brace does the trick so far. Two quick notes. 1) Measure your Belly not your Waist for sizing or you'll be disappointed and will need to order the next size up. 2) Wearing a back brace is not a cure or panacea for back issues. When I say extended periods of time (above) I am referring to 30-45 minutes of max wear time. Most doctors and therapists will tell you not to wear these braces constantly / all day, unless of course they direct you to do so. I wear these as support and to train my muscles and body so I need the brace less or not at all. Independence from the brace is the Goal. I hope this item works as well for you.

I injured my back while on vacation, and I was in a small town. The medical supply place did not have my size of lumbar support brace that was prescribed by the physician who saw me for my injury. So I took a picture of what they were recommending for me and looked on Amazon. I was very pleased to find this and find it at less than what my co-pay would have been! It has been a lifesaver! I have a lumbar vertebral fracture and I can really tell the difference that this is making. If I stoop over or bend at the waist, or even try to sit without the brace, the pain is excruciating! With the brace I am able to resume a small amount of daily activities. It's easily adjustable and stays in place. I would not have been able to sit on a plane for 8 hours without this! A great product and a great value.

Pros: This brace is very supportive for the whole lower back which I really appreciate. It is nice to be able to increase the tension with the adjustable flaps on either side. Con: The one big con for me is the velcro holding it together. The velcro quickly lost a lot of its effectiveness which now leads it to simply pop off, which can quickly become extremely irritating. I haven't worn it all that much, so I'm hoping I have a dud. I have had great results with another brace neotech sells so I plan on contacting the seller for a replacement and will double check the sizing. I measured my midsection and ordered the appropriate size, but I'll double check that as well and correct this review if I messed up. Bottom line, hopefully I just got a weird one and I'll update on the customer service.

This has to be one of the best back supports I've ever used It's so comfortable and easily adjustable by the 2 side straps which you pull round your waist for tightness I have multiple slipped discs in the lumber region and in the centre of my spine which is a daily struggle of chronic pain and discomfort I had been using the standard cheap brace but it just wasn't giving me the proper support needed when in an attack and for all fellow back sufferers you know how bad the attacks can be. This brace will try to keep you as upright as possible but also provides pain relief and comfort because it keeps everything compact and your posture straight at the same time. This is surely the better graded back brace on the market and wouldn't hesitate in recommending this product to anyone who suffers with middle to lower back pain. It offers the BIG 3 in my opinion which is comfort, support and most importantly pain relief. You won't be disappointed and that's guaranteed. 5* Product

Good product with nice features,did a good job for my heavy gowns and lehengas even worked for my brothers jackets and office blazers.gets heated up in a minute and has 2 modes.also its not that heavy while using it.
