Great packaging, controller worked flawlessly it was used so had some scratches nothing major.

I’ve never had good experience when it comes to buying refurbished electronics until now. The controller looks and works great with my Xbox series S, it came in a secure package. Because is refurbished I wasn’t expecting the original packaging nor I care too much about it. Is working great and love the design!

It might be worth noting that after a few months the tactile switch for the right bumper became unresponsive, only working some of the time, or only when I pressed it hard. But I don't think that had anything to do with it being renewed, since it's a common problem with xbox controllers.

Quick to ship and receive looks great

The controller is in great condition. The joysticks feel brand-new, the buttons click very clearly, and they all work as expected. Not a scratch on it (except the “NO FUTURE” and the scratches on the grey side, which are part of the design). It even has the Samurai logo on the back and a qr code that leads to the youtube video of “The Ballad of Buck Ravers” from the game… GREAT easter egg. My only complaint is that the left menu button sometimes doesn’t work properly, but about 66% of the time it works fine.

Bought this used, and let me tell you, I was pleasantly surprised. It was in fantastic condition, original box and shipped fast. I’m a huge Cyberpunk fan and this was a most welcome addition.

At first, I thought my controller was poorly maintained, but after looking closely online, the scratches and missing paint parts are how the creators designed it. This is my favorite controller.

I’ve had it for a couple months still useable! My only issue is that not even a week after using it stared randomly getting locked up on the trigger and the nubs! Was very disappointed and dissatisfied especially since I got it for someone as a gift!
