I really enjoy having the supplements in blister packets and boxes, yes, it does make them a bit more cumbersome to store, but it keeps them fresher and makes them easier to take. I noticed some improvements to my aches and pains as well as my mood a couple of weeks after I started taking them, and to note, I was already taking Vitamin D before starting these, which I discontinued once I started this supplement. They have also had extensive third-party lab tests which are publicly available. These tests have verified their potency and safety in sports competition if that is a concern for you. I take two of these a day, but really dosage is personal to your own needs, I recommend following the label if you are not sure. The tablets are easy to take and should be done so with food that has a bit of fat for better absorption. If you're looking for a high-quality Vitamin D supplement that will actually give you results then I think this is a good option.

These arrived in different packaging to the listing in a black box. There are no instructions regarding dosage on the box or inside so one has to refer to the listing which recommends one a day. They are 2.5 the dosage of vitamin D3 provided on prescription but still well-within the safe dose range. They are excellent value for four month's supply and I like the easy to store blister sheets.
