Kicker 47KSS504 KS Series 5.25" Component System with 1" Tweeters, 4ohm

So it can run off deck power but they sound flat. I truly believe these should sold with the need for an amp to be a good speaker. If you can go 6.25 or 6.5's you should do that. More bass to be had. Either way I couldn't so here we go. Next step for me is to get an amp and rewrite this review and tell you the difference between no amp and with an amp. I have ks 6.5 coaxial speakers to. I like the sound of those so much better. Still that needs an amp to. Getting a four channel.

Good quality for price

Sound good and easier than my previous mm 6501 to install. Crossover is simple enough. Doesmt really come with descent hardware I had some self tapping screws to mount the tweeter and crossovers. More than likely will need some but connectors or solder. Have my tweeters set to the max position and they are very smooth not shrill. Sounds very good overall big improvement over the cs series I've had in the car.

Bought a new Suzuki Jimny which comes with terrible 4 inch pioneer cheap speakers. The upgrade brackets allow for 5 and a quarter but for pioneer once again……these bad boys are a brilliant upgrade. Don’t get me wrong… my last vehicle had a Bose sound system so its obviously not as good but if you can only fit 5 and a quarter……Brilliant!!!!
