RUSTINS Small Job Satin Paint Black 250ml

I was really impressed with this paint. The satin finish is lovely and smooth, giving a clean, professional-looking result. It goes on easily with great coverage and dries surprisingly quickly, which makes it ideal if you want to get a small job finished in one day. It’s perfect for touching up woodwork and smaller projects like window sills, skirting boards, and trim without having to open a large tin of paint. The finish is durable, looks great once dry, and the 250ml size is ideal for those little jobs around the house. Amazing value for money. I’d definitely buy it again for any small decorating projects. In fact, I have just bought another.

I'm absolutely thrilled with this paint, I wanted to give some love to an old mirror, change it from a dull silver to black and gold. This paint was fantastic, so smooth and silky, and it dried in the most stunning sheen. It covered in one coat and only needed slight touch ups. Plus its water based so easy clean up after. I didn't use any primer, just lightly sanded and cleaned the surface and it looks perfect. 10/10 I can't wait to find more things to paint with this. Great value for money, I barely used the top 0.5 cm of the tin.

Brilliant product. I have been looking everywhere for chocolate/dark brown satin paint, to repaint brushed nickel light fittings. This went on a dream and looks so good, the lights look brand new

Really good paint. Painted directly onto plywood no bother. Hardly needed the second coat. The size is great for what I wanted it for.

I had used the red version of this paint over pine and found I needed at least four coats to properly cover the pine wood - even after sanding but i liked the finish so tried the white on another piece pine furniture. This needed five coats to be effective. Part of the problem may skill or lack of it but not all. I wouldn’t buy again.

Amazing paint. Used on all my scurting boards in the hallway around the doors too. Went on really well. Hardly any smell and was dry in 30 minutes as stated, which is good if you have animals walking around. Definitely use again.

This product was perfect. Low oder, drys quickly, harder surface.

I bought this paint to cover the gaps in the carpet kit for my MG. It went right over the foil backed sound insulation with no primer! Covered beautifully. It's the thickest waterbase paint I've ever used. No idea about the long term durability but that wasn't a concern of mine for this project. I'm going to try their metal paint for chassis touch-up.
