Hello,The acceassories are One-Size that fits most kids. This only includes the accessories.

Does the bow tie stay flat? Does it have wire or something to help it hold its shape?

The bow tie I purchased is well-made (velvet fabric) and durable. It stays flat. It's attached to an elastic that goes around the neck, the ends of which have velcro tabs that fasten to create a type of "necklace. I like it a lot.

Will this be in stock and get delivered on time before 10/30 2021 if ordered today?

Cat in the Hat

I like the Cat in the Hat accessory kit. All of the items fit, the previous reviews aided in this purchase. The hat was a little wrinkled but I stuffed it until I was ready to wear it and it was ok. There were still a few wrinkles but it was ok, no big deal. I have small hands so the gloves fit because of the elastic band and it wasn't an issue. The necktie fit as expected, just Velcro around the neck. Overall, it was a hit, everyone loved the look; I recommend the purchase!
