I’m very impressed with this split king adjustable bed frame. The setup was surprisingly easy and everything felt sturdy right out of the box. I recently decided to replace my old innerspring mattress and box springs with an adjustable bed, and I really had to start at ground zero. I did a whole lot of research and tried different beds and frames locally. I liked the Best Choice Products Ergonomic Queen Size Adjustable Bed Frame, Electric Base w/Wireless Remote since it had good positive reviews, and seemed to be very solid. I didn't realize how solid until a friend and I tried moving it upstairs... 137 lbs in the box! We opened up the box on the ground floor, took out the well-packaged leg supports and extras, and hauled it upstairs. Be safe and careful! We took my existing Craftsman-style wood frame apart first; it gave us more room to assemble the frame parts. What was fantastic about the design is that essentially everything is prebuilt. All you do is attach the legs to the frame, plug in the transformer box and you are good to go! I was very relieved to find that the adjustable frame fit perfectly in a queen wood frame built over 25 years ago. It's great that they sized the frame so perfectly to fit. Pairing the remote was simple; once the adapter is powered on, there is a small reset button on the cord to press and then on the remote; it paired the first time and ran great! I like that it is so quiet too; moving the head and leg sections is smooth and quick. I'm still on the fence about the massage options though they are nice to have. I haven't tried the frame lights for night time since I'm pretty much falling asleep right away so far! With my mattress choice, I'm getting great sleep so far on this frame. I obviously can't speak to long-time use, but I like how sturdy and well-designed the frame is made. It's clear that they've done this before, and made all the connections and motors placed in safe and functional areas. Just be careful; Its a heavy package. Because it is fully assembled (just folded in half for shipping) do not try to do this yourself. Get someone to help and it's a quick 30 minute job to setup. Sorry I don't have pics; I got excited to put the mattress in place!

I bought almost the exact same thing from a furniture store and paid roughly $1400. When I wanted another one I decided to check Amazon and low and behold, here it was. It's virtually identical to the other one, except the remote on this one is far better. This base is so super simple to put together, it took minutes (note: to pair the remote to the bed HOLD DOWN the pair button, don't just push it). The elevation options are terrific, it's the perfect angle for reading, relaxing, and the zero G is just heavenly. I have two discs out of whack in my lower back and it literally takes the pain away in zero G. The massage feature is just meh, I can't really feel it in any meaningful way, but that's okay, that's not what I bought it for. The under bed light is super handy if you need to clean or find something that got kicked under. The USB port is incredibly useful and frees up a plug space on my wall outlet. The nubby texture helps grip the mattress so it doesn't slide around during movement. The entire thing is incredibly sturdy and will support you so well, do not hesitate to order! My only warning is this: have a few people on hand to help you move it. This base is unbelievably heavy! I had my bodybuilder nephew and his body building friend come over and those two monsters were able to carry the base up the stairs and move it into position easily. 10/10 I would order this base again before I ever go back to a furniture store.

Update- its almost lime a magic fingers bed they had at the old hotels. Except this is quieter and soothing and a year later i use it nightly to lull me to sleep. I'd been worried even tho the mattress company assured me my air mattress would work ok with it. No worries it works just fine. And was much cheaper than the one Select Comfort sells for my bed. I did not read the product description for weight and was surprised by the size of the box. I was expecting a bunch of pieces id have to put together. (I'm an expert at Ikea stuff) It arrived much quicker than I thought although they just left it and didn't even let me know it was there, not that anyone could have run up and stolen it very easily. Thankfully my room mate and my neighbor were able to get it in the house, unboxed and up the stairs to my bedroom. Never would have been able to do this on my own. Setup was so easy! It's very sturdy and comfortable and has made reading and watching TV enjoyable. The only complaint I have is that the motor for the massage can get loud the higher the setting buy the lower ones are very quiet. Coupled with my heated mattress pad and I may never get out of bed! The underbed lighting is perfect when reading at night and makes a great nightlight in the middle of the night. I have had no issues with my mattress sliding around even though it is much lighter than a traditional one. I do tend to forget the pillows and lose one off the top when I raise it up. On a really positive note, it has made putting on a fitted sheet so much easier! These are the only 2 reasons why I gave it 4 stars and not 5. Hopefully they can fix these issues for the future. After it arrived I saw the priced went down more and the company had no problem meeting it and issued a refund. This was definitely worth my money.

I've been wanting a power base for a long time and I've been doing research on which one to but for over 2 years but I couldn't get what I wanted with a price I could afford. Then this one popped up for sale and I decided to take a chance. I'm so glad I did! I love this thing! I have rheumatoid arthritis and I was having a lot of shoulder pain. This bed allowed me to find positions to lay in that I could actually fall asleep in. I'm not in pain now due to a med change and I am sleeping SO GOOD in this bed. I can't wait to get back into it all day. It also kind of revived my mattress. My mattress was going to get replaced because it was a cheap one I bought 6 or 7 years ago but, because it's a solid platform underneath, my mattress feels less saggy and more firm. I also think it's the perfect height. It looks low when I put it in but, once I put my mattress on it, it is perfect. If you have a super thick mattress, I don't think it will make it too high either. A surprise feature I love way more than I thought is the under bed light. I wasn't that interested but it really does come in handy. The massage features are ok. Massage is the wrong word. It's more like how you fall asleep when you're in the car because of the gentle rumble. I find it quite nice. I personally feel it more when I am elevated vs when lying flat. I'm also surprised by how quiet it is. The lift functions are super quiet and even the massage is quiet. I have carpet in my room but you'd never hear the motors outside my bedroom. I honestly am so, so happy with this bed. It feels REALLY solid. No worries there at all. The only hard part was getting the box to my room and getting it out of the box. It took 3 people about 30 minutes but none of us are particularly able-bodied. It was easy to screw in the legs and flip, though. The box was just awkward to handle.

Shopped forever. Went to mattress stores. Searched online. Deals where all "too good to be true" bundles that ended up costing 2 to 3 times what this and a decent mattress would cost. The reviews on this were good. I didn't need the bells and whistles. Just needed it to work right - at a good price. But - it DID come with some bells and whistles. USB ports (I'm using), massage (I don't use), light underneath (use sometimes). Install was pretty simple. It's HEAVY though and getting the box in was a little trick. Screw on the legs, plug in the junk, flip it over and good to go. Remote is pretty good. Pros: Remote lights up when you hit a button. Which, when you're inclined, becomes handier than expected since it's a dark room. Supports fat-butts like me. Feels sturdy and "feels" like it will last for a long time. Light underneath comes in handy for the dark room issues. Cons - (Not really with this product - just with an adjustable bed) Once you are inclined, it's not really easy to jump out and turn off lights. I got some smartbulbs to solve that. No controls on the bed. Which makes the remote VERY important. If you knock the remote off the bed or night-stand - good luck. All in all I saved a BUUNNCCHH of money buying this and a decent mattress. So far - ZERO buyers regret. Could I have gotten something with more bells and whistles? Sure. Would I actually use them or need them - no. High five.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to warn other customers before they spend their hard-earned money on this bed frame. I purchased this bed in April 2025, and without any warning at all, it completely stopped working in less than a year. No gradual malfunction, no strange noises, no signs — it simply stopped responding altogether. One day it worked, the next day it did not. For a product that is literally designed to move and adjust, that is unacceptable at this price point. After troubleshooting on my own, checking connections, outlets, and the remote, it became clear that the power supply or control system had failed. I contacted the company only to be told that the warranty is just 60 days, which is extremely short for a large mechanical product like an adjustable bed. Even worse, they do not sell replacement parts, including the power supply. So if anything fails after that tiny warranty window, your only option is to buy a whole new bed. That is not reasonable or customer-friendly. Let’s be clear: this is not normal wear and tear. This bed is used in a regular household, not abused, not overloaded, and not modified. It simply failed on its own in under a year. A bed frame should last for years, not months. For nearly $400 (over $420 after tax), I expected durability, basic reliability, and at minimum the ability to replace a faulty power component. Instead, I now have a very expensive, very heavy, completely non-adjustable bed frame that cannot be repaired because the company does not stock parts and will not offer replacements. If you are considering this bed, please think carefully. If anything goes wrong — and based on my experience, it can — you will be out of luck and out of money. An adjustable bed is supposed to improve your comfort and health, not become a financial headache. I strongly recommend spending your money on a brand that offers: • A longer warranty • Replacement parts • Real product support This was a disappointing and costly mistake, and I don’t want anyone else learning this lesson the hard way. Save your money. Choose something more reliable.

I've owned this bedframe for two years now and decided to leave a review. It's a great bed and will never go back to anything else. I have a Novilla mattress with this. Bed still works fine and really no complaints at all.
