Good for reducing calorie intake without artificial sweetners
Easy to measure correct amount for dilution. 10g is a heaped teaspoon and only 38 calories in 330 mm diluted drink make this low calorie and tastes great, ideal for helping losing weight.

Increased inflammation
My review is mixed. I was struggling to drink water and unable to drink anything with caffeine or artificial sugars. I thought this was a great find. Tasted great, easy to control the amount and dilute it for less sugar. It really improved my ability to drink enough daily. The problem came along months later. I ended up with pain and stiffness in both knees and floundering about thinking I had developed arthritis. Someone suggested to me it could be both lemon and the sugar being inflammatory (I consume barely anything else with sugar). I trialled stopping this drink and my knees vastly improved in just a few days. So, unfortunately this is no longer for me. Knee pain is not worth it.

Check the shelf life
The product had less than one month left before the best before date. It wasn’t eligible for return, so very disappointing. I love the drink but couldn’t drink that much in such a short time scale.
