UPDATED! Great purchase for the price, maybe next time the Pros! [UPDATE] and [UPDATE]
I've been using "around-the-neck" headphones for YEARS, different brands, different features, cheap/expensive, the works. Decided to try something different and so far, not disappointed. Not sure if I'm 100% sold but not disappointed. Ear buds in general are very different from the way neck-phones work and that takes a small amount of change to deal with. These headphones remind me of black versions of a well known brand's headphones. Battery life of the buds is great (as good as my original neck-phones) and since they recharge in the case they can last days on a single charge. Sound quality is good, not great. For me, there's way too little bass and no way to increase it. Volume however is no problem, they can crank the dB's. Passive noise cancelation is decent when the ear pieces are fit snug although talking with one or both in my ears (when audio off) produces a reverberating echo in that ear(s). Touch control is about 80% successful for me, usually not registering one of my taps. Auto-pause/play on removal/insertion is about 50/50 although I'm working on making sure I'm "doing it right" as you have to snug it in and give it a twist although sometimes it works by just taking it out and putting it in. Downside, sometimes it starts playing if I palm the earpiece. As some other users have reported, getting the buds out of the case is "difficult" as there's nothing to really grab except smooth shiny plastic. Perhaps if they added something like those little grabby tabs on the micro hearing aids. I was told that my voice sounds better on these than any previous neck-phones I've used so that's nice! One weird thing that happens sometimes. Since they're separate RF units, every once in a GREAT while they'll loose sync for a split second, even if the phone is in my pocket. More frequent if I'm a distance from my phone. Do they stay in my ears? Yes, yes they do. Matter of fact, just played tennis this morning with one in and never had to give it a second thought. Completely a "ME" thing and not a product issue (more or less) is that they're SMALL, untethered and I have a habit of leaving things and forgetting where they are. No tracking ability (as others might have). So far, really like them. I would recommend them to others (I already have) and if I lost them tomorrow I'd probably get the Pro's as a replacement. (more mic's, easier to remove from case!) I'd LOVE if I could pump up the bass and if they had something to help track them down but again, for the price, these are a fantastic buy! [UPDATE] OK, it's been a while and I've had some more time to work with these. Had to drop a star. Battery lasting less than I thought (actually started recording times and use) and I've been experiencing the un-syncing/drop-out of audio between the two earpieces more and more. [UPDATE} Well, it's time to hunt for something else. The sync dropping between the two headpieces is getting REALLY annoying. Now happens multiple times a day. Talking with these in my ears creates that hum feedback, even with just one - very annoying. Touch controls - don't, at least not a majority of the time. And why does my volume always drop to ZERO when I switch over to these? Tired of the problems and tired of trying to "work it out". There's a product that works great but is "quirky" and then there's this, a product that is annoying and doesn't work well enough to justify its idiosyncrasies. UPDATE Customer support took care of all my problems! Wish more companies had the same care for their clients.

Quality sound and features at a great price
I gave these 4 stars for sound quality, but for the price it really translates to 5 stars. Sound quality is the most important thing to me and the other features like quick charge, wireless charge, and music pause when you take one bud out of your ear are just a bonus. These are really good all around ear buds and they really surprised me. They are very comfortable and I can wear them for 4 hours plus with no discomfort, and they stay in my ears securely with no adjustments needed during workouts, hiking, and other activities. Although I was not looking for the quick charge feature I really like it as I have had other buds die on me and then are out of commission until charged but with these a quick 10 mins gives you a couple more hours. I was also surprised how much I like the Music pause feature when removing a bud from your ear, no more missed music, come back to right where you left off. These have some really great sound quality too. Great detailed sound with separation in highs, low, and mids, although less bass than I expected which is not a problem, but you can hear the bass notes, which is what I prefer, so these are not bass head buds. They are quieter than some of my other buds, needing more volume, but when turned up the sound just gets better, and the noise isolation they provide is really good too. Overall I'm impressed, surprised, and pleased with my purchase and would recommend these for all types of music. I listen to Rock, Classic Rock, Metal, Thrash Metal, and even some classical, these buds are really great.

Look out AirPods, these earbuds are fantastic! Except for being super easy to crack.
**UPDATE 02/01/2021 Unfortunately I have to lower my rating slightly. They developed an issue where one of the buds battery life diminished to only 40 minutes. I went through all the cleaning and reset procedures with both Amazon and Earfun, but it didn’t correct the issue. Earfun customer support has been great and they are sending me a replacement. Another issue that has developed, which is a design flaw is the plastic they use. The bud fell off of my lap on to a hard floor, and it cracked and a piece chipped off leaving a small hole. No more water proof. Yesterday the other bud fell also and it cracked just like the other one. Now this is not a hard fall at all. From a seated position to the floor was no more than 3’. You would think that they would be able to take a fall from at least standing height without damage. I chalk this up to the quality of plastic chosen. They need to make some changes here or else they will start getting more and more returns. If you have these and have dropped them, check for cracks and holes. They still sound great. ***another update I can’t get the microphone to register above 3% in Windows 10. Everyone said they couldn’t hear me. I switched to my phone and the mics worked great. Something about these buds are not liked by Windows. Original Review*** The sound quality really surprised me for this price point. Nice full rich sound and the bass is deep and clean. In other reviews, users mentioned the highs need more refinement. I can’t decide if it’s the headphones or the headphones revealing the weaknesses of compressed audio. They are not nearly as harsh when listening to a higher quality stream. I have had numerous video and phone calls without any issues. Audio was clean and the mics did a wonderful job. I did a 4 hour online training session in a warehouse with forklifts and pallet jacks zooming by and not once did anyone have an issue hearing me. They are light, and fit securely in my ears. They never fail to pair. Wireless charging capability at this price was also a great feature. The case is a little bulky in your pocket, but tolerable. Overall, a great product and a super price. I can’t wait to see how Earfun refines and improves this product. My one real complaint is that the finish on the buds are so smooth, any amount of earwax, which is unavoidable unless you wipe them down after every use, makes them almost impossible to take out of the case.

The customer service of EarFun is likely the best I have ever encountered.
NOTE: This is an addendum to my initial review. When I had a problem, EarFun's customer service contacted me to see what they could do. As I had already returned the earbuds, I said that there wasn't much they could do for me. They responded by asking how they could improve their product. I made suggestions, and over a conversation string consisting of 20 send-and-response emails (I just counted them) from them, they seemed truly interested in my feedback. They said they would refer my feedback to their engineers, and I believed them! Again, I'm shocked by how attentive their customer service is. My original review below is unchanged. I wasn't happy with the buds, but through their attentive and sincere (extraordinary in the world today) customer service, they have a loyal fan and customer in me, as long as their customer service AND sound quality remains great! ..... The main problems - 1. Getting them out of the case. 2. The way they connect. 3. Their inability to stay securely in your ears while talking, walking, or running, which compromises the sound quality. 1. The magnets in the case are so strong that the earbuds are almost impossible to take out. The combination of the finish on the earbuds and the strength of the magnets in the case make for an incredibly frustrating experience. I wish I had seen the many reviews that mention the problem before I purchased them. 2. I use earbuds to listen to music and to make and receive calls. When working, I don't always have them in my ears, so they sit in the case. If the case lid is open, they pair with my phone without a problem. Unfortunately, that means that if a call or message comes in, you won't be able to tell unless you're looking at the phone. The solution? You have to leave the case closed. With a message, that's not a problem. But with a call, if you want to use the earbuds to answer the call, you have to open the case, then TRY to get them out of the case before the call goes to voicemail. Again, due to the strength of the magnets, getting them out of the case is extremely frustrating. You can answer the call without using the earbuds, but isn't one of the benefits of wireless the ability to be hands-free while on the phone? If you want to use the earbuds on the call, the only somewhat workable solution is to answer the call by putting the phone up to your ear, then, while you're speaking to friends, clients, etc., tell the person you're on the phone with to "Hold on while I connect my Bluetooth." With clients, it's unprofessional on both ends. With friends, it's irritating on both ends. Getting the buds out may take a considerable amount of time so you might just give up and use phone held to your ear, leaving one hand free instead of two, negating one of the reasons you bought them in the first place. 3. They get loose in your ears. I've tried every pair of gels included with the earbuds. None would stay securely in my ears. Not only do they easily work loose when running or walking, they come loose while you're chewing, talking, or even just sitting. And yes, I know to turn them slightly after you put them in your ear. I've tried every possible way to fit them and nothing prevents them from coming loose. I find myself pressing them in really often. When in, the sound is great, but that only lasts until they work loose. It really doesn't help your overall listening experience. With my other earbuds, I could use other ear gels if I didn't like the ones that came with the earbuds. I have many, so I put my favorite pair on the buds. Great sound as advertised. Then I tried putting them back in the charging case only to find they don't fit in the case due to how close the body of the earbuds is to the end of the gels. The gels on these are therefore proprietary, which means if you can't find a pair that will stay securely in your ears, you're out of luck. I will be contacting Amazon to return these when I'm done with this review. I have been an Amazon customer for over 20 years. I have ordered a lot from Amazon over the years. This will be the first time I've returned a product because of the quality problems with the item. That should speak volumes of how dissatisfied I am with this product. Sorry for the length of this review, but I believe it was warranted!

Not for me, but good battery and waterproofing could make them ideal for some!
I bought these headphones after trying and returning the Earfun free headphones. I paid $60 for them, and I did like a few things about them: Pros: The battery life is super! And I love that I could use one at a time to charge them up while using them. People could hear me on these much better than on the Earfun Frees, which was great because I used them for phone calls all the time. I also like that they are waterproof and seem to have a durable build, too. Cons: the Earfun frees were uncomfortable and hurt my ears, and while these are better after about an hour they start to become very uncomfortable. I have previously used the Apple wired headphones and those are very comfortable to me (for a reference.) The audio sounds great... if they are shoved into your ears. I found in practice they would come loose, and I tried all the tips! You may need to invest in a custom tip to make this work. I think the sound between these and the Frees was comparable. Also, the music on these sounded MUCH BETTER when using AppleMusic streaming service. In Amazon or Spotify music, they sounded like junk. The automatic volume change other people mentioned is something I experienced as well. When this happened putting them in the case and taking them out again helped, but it was annoying when it happened. I also didn’t like that when I connected to one device, turned that device off, and tried to connect the headphones to another device, they would not do that. I understand if they can pair with something that is on, but when it is off? I had to go back to the off device, turn it on, and then unpair just to get them to pair with my phone again. All in all, for $60 if you are using these on one device and need good battery life, rugged waterproofing, and don’t mind the under-water feeling from this kind of headphone, these would be a good option. They look small and more AirPod-like in form, but in reality I still found them too big for long term comfort... if you have smaller ears, I would keep this in mind! I was considering this pair or the Anker Soundcore Liberty Air 2s, but at the time I purchased these the Anker pair were $100. Now they are selling for $80, and I would try the Anker pair over these ones because they are smaller and have excellent reviews. My husband is currently trying the Earfun pair for music at an outdoor job, but if they don’t work well for him the Liberty Air 2s who’ll be our next stop. Personally because I use multiple apple products for work and liked the feel of their wired headphones, I bit the bullet and bought the Apple AirPod Pros. They feel like I am wearing nothing for hours at a time, I can hear my surroundings, and I can easily switch between devices, which make them worth it for me. Though expensive, they are comfortable, and I will get a lot more use out of something that I can wear comfortably for long periods of time, so it seems money well spent.

you definitely get a lot of value for the price
I bought these as a supplement, so that I can listen to music lying in bed on my side, to my pair of over the ear Bose QC II 35 headphones that I paid $279 for. To my pleasant amazement, the sound quality of these true wireless buds is great, and very comparable to the excellent Bose (to be fair I was using them at home and did not need the ANC that the Bose provided - the buds with a good seal have passive noise cancellation. They paired instantly with my MacBook Pro right out of the wireless charging case, which also can be charged itself on a wireless charging pad. At a glance they look just like Apple Air Pods Pro down to the design and shape of the case. They ship with 4 different sizes of silicone ear tips, which is very important to get the most precise fit for you - the better the fit, the better your music will sound and the better the passive noise cancellation will be. I wore them today for a marathon house cleaning session, and they're so comfortable I frequently forgot I had them in. As advertised, I got a continuous 6 and a half hours of solid use at 75% maximum volume before I got a message that "battery is low". I was up to 20 feet away from my computer they were paired with and they never dropped a signal. They also paired great with my Samsung Galaxy Note 10+. You do have to disconnect them from one device to pair with another, unlike my Bose, but for the price, I cannot complain at all about that little inconvenience. I particularly like the feature that if you remove one bud, your music pauses until you put it back in. Also 2 hours use after charging 10 minutes is nice, touch controls are on the surface of the buds, and they never feel like they will fall out of your ears even with frequent head movement. I haven't used them for calls or listening to movies/tv yet, so I cannot comment on that. As far as I know there is no equalizer app for them, but with the sound I am getting between YouTube and Apple Music, I wouldn't need to adjust anything anyway. Overall I am very pleased with them, especially since I got a 20% discount.

Solid
Seem to be very good. I dont use them a lot, but battery life is good. Performance is good. Send quality is good. I wont say great. Pair quickly and remain paired. And a fraction of the cost of Big Fruit's products

Great affordable true wireless headphones
The sound quality is quite good if you consider the price. Yes they can’t compare to more expensive products like the Nuraloop, but again, at this price I wouldn’t have expected more. The bass is there (you just have to stick them well in your hears to get a proper sealing to hear it well) it’s not prominent like in other models like the Beats, and I am glad about it. The middle is accurate most of the time, though it can get a bit messy with more complex sounds like distorted guitars. The highs are a bit to metallic for me, cymbals hiss a bit too much and acute voices sound like something is missing, but then again, I am comparing this to much more expensive headphones, in this price range it doesn’t get much better than this. Super comfy, I put them in and forget I am wearing them. Good battery life. I use them 4-5 hours a day (I am an editor) and never had to charge them in the middle of a session. Decent noise isolation. Considering it’s just passive noise isolation, they are not too bad. I can’t hear the air conditioning or the fan of my computer spinning like crazy, so not bad. For air-travel I’ll stick to my Bose qc-20, though. The waterproofing is awesome! I like to take my showers listening to music or podcasts and though I was a bit hesitant at the beginning, after two months my headphones are still working! It’s probably not recommended by the manufacturer, but so far so good... The pairing works good 95% of the time. I don’t like too much that when I want to switch from one device to the another I have to put them back in their case, click the button for a couple of seconds and then select them on the new device (with other headphones like the nuraloop, I just have to select them on the new device), but it’s not a big issue. Sometimes I’ll have to repeat the process for a couple of times because they don’t pair at the first shot, but it doesn’t happen very often, and it’s a problem that I have encountered also with more expensive headphones so I am not particularly disappointed. I had lots of troubles with the first pair I received, one would not charge most of the time and they would not pair half of the times, but they were likely defective, because I was able to return them easily and the new ones haven’t had the same issues so far, so if you end up buying these and experience this kind of problem, don’t hesitate to ask for a replacement.

Saludos.

Updated comment
Sound quality is better than most earphones in this price range. But it disconnect frequently even when my phone is in jeans pocket and reconnect sometimes which is disturbing while listening music. I never faced such disconnect issues while I use my philips ear phone. Update: reducing further its star to one as its stop working after few month use. No water issue but simply. Never connect or if connect do not disconnect even while in box. 3rd Update: After contacting customer service, they simply asked me video on the issue of charging and later refunded me in full. which is simply incredible. I have bought another earfun product and it's working like charm. I was bit bad in luck initially to received faulty one.

Very impressive
I have some expensive wireless earphones for listening at home but I also keep some basic earbuds in my bag for commutes and stuff. My basic pair broke so I bought these earfuns, the price was right and i didnt need great sound quality. I wasn't expecting just how good these are! They are very comfortable (if the jlabs air fit you, then these feel very similar), I can wear them for hours and they dont fall out of my ears. The sound quality is much better than you'd expect at this price point. Theyre balanced, pretty resolving of detail, and just musical. I'd say they're easily on a par with £100 earbuds. I now find I'm not switching to my 'good' earphones quite as much. The passive noise blocking is adequate enough for the bus, or a busy street, and all but the noisiest sections of the tube. It's worth trying the different sizes of buds for best results - my ears are usually a size medium, but, for the earfun, the small size worked much better for comfort and sound. They connect to the phone & PC very reliably. Battery life is hours long. My only slight gripe is that the charging case is slightly bigger than average - but it still fits in the pocket though. All in all, at this price, these headphones are brilliant
