I wrap one sheet around my sandwich or container for lunch. I have a nylon lunch box with little insulation, and they work well. During the summer, they stay cold but not frozen for about 4-5 hours. My lunchbox is stored in the cargo area of a delivery vehicle, where it can reach 120° during the summer. I also use them when needed to keep groceries cold on the way home. Each sheet has lasted about a year or more of daily use. Definitely worth the purchase.

These ice packs are great! I use them to ice my shins and calves after runs and I was looking for something long enough to get my whole lower leg. They stay cold for awhile too, I usually have them on me for about 30 min. and they're still good, you can see a bit of sweating going from them but then again they are on my sweaty legs. I cut one them smaller and had to no problems of leaking.

These work great! They're a very good size and freeze quickly. So far, they stay cold all day. They do "sweat" as they thaw, but that's normal

I purchased these ice packs to use in our wine chiller that we use almost daily to keep our wine or Processco cold while we eat outside or relax in our hot tub. These work perfectly, and they are even better then regular ice because the ice pack extends above the top of the chiller, which keeps the bottle colder than just ice water by itself. Before we put the wine or bubbly in the chiller we add some water to it, add the ice pack, and put a frozen water bottle in the middle to pre-chill the water. Definitely will buy again if the plastic ever cracks. Saves lots of water and wear and tear on the fridge ice maker.
