Is it Dishwasher safe?

Honestly I don’t remember what it said about this, but I have always washed dishes in the dishwasher and the straws and lids I put in the silverware basket. The only problem I have ever had, was when a straw jumped out of the silver basket and landed down below & melted. My fault… Hope that helps

How long does this cup keep the coffee cold?

If you are indoor probably 2 hours. If you are outside it’s just like a regular fast food cups. It’s not meant to keep the drink cold or hot. If you love Starbucks & their one time use plastic clear cups you’ll love it :)
