Do these liners bunch up at all, or do they stay in place through babies natural movements?

They definitely bunch up and move our place on my 8 month old. I don't understand how other people get them to be effective for an active baby.

Do these catch newborn poop also or does the poop go through?

They catch the poop! We have tried many brands and this is our favorite.

Can these be flushed down

Not recommended to flush in not good condition, ejector, or septic plumbing systems directly . It is the responsibility of the end user to know the capability of their plumbing system before attempting to flush,because flushing may cause blockage in older household drain systems,some city has a lot of problems with those things.Not recommended to throw liners into these toilets directly.
