Ottomanson 2x6 Runner Rugs for Hallway – Kitchen Rug Runner

I love this rug. Stays in place and doesn’t slid all over the floor.

I was looking for a runner in my hall, leading from a side door. This works well to collect the dirt and debris from shoes coming in from the outside. It’s a basic rug, reasonable price and I would consider it more functional than fashionable. Update! I have this runner in the hall leading to my side door. This is where my little Yorkie goes out. Sometimes she gets too excited after waiting too long and has an accident on the rug as I am coming to take her out. 🫤 GOOD NEWS! This is one of THE MOST easily washed carpets! I throw it into the washer on warm, into the dryer on low heat for just a few minutes and it is like new. This alone is worth the price, knowing you can keep it clean with minimal effort!

This rug is exactly how it is described. It is pretty soft, but nothing I’d specifically buy for a dog to lay on. It is very thin and the main purpose is definitely to prevent water or any spills from seeping to the wood floor under it. The red is pretty similar to the photo, but a little brighter. I do not recommend this color rug if you have a white dog. It shows every bit of fur and catches most of it due to the material. Good option for the price. Not what I would consider a “nice rug.”

Tired of the small bathroom rugs constantly moving around do I figured a runner may be the answer! I already have an Ottomanson (brown/gold) runner in our larger bathroom and that never moves. It is probably 2+ yrs old and is wearing great also. This 26" x 6' is the perfect size. Very nice brown and has a clean look to it. No, they are not real thick but this keeps your feet warm and I know it will wear well, not move and look nice! Price was less than an inexpensive contour + small area rug!

Simple rug. Good quality. I would not recommend washing them as they will lose their shape but you could shampoo them. They are not anti-slip so if you're using it on hardwood floors I recommend getting something to stick under it to keep it from moving.

The first one showed up and had flaws such as pulled thread runs. I was able to exchange it without a problem and the next one is mostly fine. It does not slide much and for the price and for my use (got it for my elderly dog so he doesn't slip on hardwood floors in a hallway) it is a solid choice.

I had been looking for a "red carpet" runner to basically cover a video cable in my home theater room that runs under a coffee table and couch up to a projector. I wanted something that kind of fit the decor, but also a nice visual indicator and trip hazard prevention. There are so many red carpet runners on Amazon, but many are for temporary party decor and made of the cheapest thinnest fabric or paper. This is actually carpet with nice tight sewing along the edges and a rubber material underneath which provides friction on smooth or carpeted surfaces so it holds in place. It's very similar to what you might see used sometimes in a kitchen by the sink, but not as thick as a welcome mat for a exterior door. I haven't spilled anything on it to know about how easy it is to clean or stain resistant, but it's a perfect reddish wine color that matches the curtains in my home theater perfectly. The fibers are tight berber style so vacuuming is super easy to pick up dust or little hairs. My cat sometimes snags his claw on it as he walks over it, but it hasn't lifted any fibers or left any visible snags. Pretty durable so far!

Ottimo tappeto da cucina. Ormai ce l'ho da più di due anni, e confermo la ottima durabbilità e fattura del tappeto. Si lava senza problemi in lavatrice (lavaggio normale con centriguga), basta poi farlo asciugare da steso così che ritorna privo di sgualciture. Consiglio assolutamente. Il colore rimane acceso anche dopo molti lavaggi e non sbiadisce col tempo. Buona tenuta antiscivolo della parte gommata sottostante. Per pulirlo quotidianamente ci passo senza problemi l'aspirapolvere sopra, senza pericolo che si rovini.

Excellent quality mat for the kitchen. Very easy to clean and looks durable. Packaged well.
