Can you use an electric air pump to inflate these kayaks?

You can but it is definitely not recommended. Over inflation is deadly to these boats so a hand pump is highly recommended. They also include a pressure gauge to make sure you don’t overinflate. Hand pumping takes 5 minutes at the most.

What is the weight limit?

I have had at least 450 pounds in the double with no problems.
