Heavy Duty, Quality Shears
It's a Knipex. Just like their wrenches, pliers and cutters, this is a tool well designed and made to LAST. The blades are very sharp, and cut through darn near anything. The metal is thick and robust, I am pretty sure you'd need to secure these in an anvil and hit it with a mallet to get one of the scissor blades to deform or bend. They came with a nice belt case, I can see myself using this for YEARS taken care of properly. Yes, they were a little expensive - but the extra dough gets you a tool that will serve you well for a long time. They make a few different models of electricians shears - it's really up to preference on what might work best for you. I've tried the "Ergonomic Angled" model a friend had... absolutely fantastic cutting performance, but it always felt weird in my hand. THESE I really like. Any of the Knipex brand I'd highly recommend, you really can't go wrong with any of these!

Very nice scissors
These are very nice scissors. They work well on lacing tape and small diameter soft multi-conductor wire like ethernet and data bus. They do not do well on coaxial cable that has a 22 gauge or larger center conductor. Buy them for things that you would use scissors for and you won't be disappointed. If you need coax cutters, buy something bigger.

These are awesome scissors
Not much to say. If you need sturdy scissors that an cut most stuff, smaller wire, light aluminum sheet, most misc stuff around the shop these are great. Made in Germany, you know there's attention to detail from the factory.

Great quality but pricy
A little pricy, but nicely finished and good quality. I like having them over my work bench.

Worth it.
Worth the cost by far. Very reliable steel. Be very cautious of hands being close. Lower cost model is equally as good but doesn't have crimp options.

Bigger than your regular size shears
Bigger than your regular electrician scissors. Knipex blade is of good material quality. Anything with blade go with Knipex, it will not disappoint. I compared size of this shears to a regular electrician scissors, and the size is obviously noticed. The handle material has a good feel on hand. The plastic holder is a proper way to secure the shears not to drop it accidentally and damage the blade. Smaller scissors will be for stable control and cutting, but if you need something stronger this is the one for you.
