Does this support multiple sensors?

Can this be used in a refrigerator or freezer?

As Per Govee support: The temperature range is -20C - 60C (-4F- 140F). So It certainly has the temperature range to handle a fridge or freezer, but I wonder if the electronics can function properly in the freezer. Need any help, please contact us to support@govee.com :)

Do you have to use the app to export data or is there an api available?

If you're a DIY electronics type, you can easily use an ESP32 (or smart switch, etc. with an ESP32) running Tasmota with Bluetooth and "Blerry" to monitor these units. I have done so with four of these thermometers, monitored by two devices. They report over MQTT, and you can do what you like with the data.

If a go to work then I return after 8 hours .Will this device give all the readings when I was away?

Yes, I believe it will store two weeks of data. You will need to load that data via the app in order to see it.
