Great product the mixabillity could be better extremely hard to mix up but very effective hydration not hard on the stomach i use this regularly during the hotter months of the year lemon lime is the go to flavor.

Great product for work outs in the heat!
A friend recommended this and once I tried it, loved it! I live in Arizona and run long distances and this powder is clutch. I make it the night before (otherwise it can be really powdery and clumpy), put it in my handheld water bottle in the fridge and I’m ready for the next day. Gives me the carbs I need, the electrolytes, great taste, no sugar, and helps me perform in desert heat! Literally the desert. Love!!!

Great Energy and Taste, Overall recommend.
Tastes great, and provides much needed energy and electrolytes for difficult exercise. One critique is that is sometimes does not dissolve into water the best, leaving a strange texture at the top of any glass/bottle. Value is average compared to other brands, but I still recommend.

Very Effective Product
I started taking this on my longer runs(6+miles). What a game changer! Hate I did not use this prior but now I know! I did some gel's but this just gives me more a boost! My friend who recommended said some people think it is a little chalky so she mixes it the night before and puts it in the fridge. I don't mind the taste so I just mix it the morning of my run!

Doesn’t absorb, clumpy
I’ve been using this for 3 months. Probably won’t buy again. It has a very fine texture and so It doesn’t absorb into the water very well. You’ll find yourself drinking clumps of electrolytes that make you want to gag. The flavor is also super weak. Better off getting something like LMNT or something like that
