I first bought this clip in 2021 for my freezer because the door didn't swing shut and close properly. It's still working fine, still stuck on and has saved me a lot of hassle with ice building up inside the freezer. I've just purchased a second one to use on the door of my fridge because, again, the door isn't swinging shut properly. Excellent product, would highly recommend.

Our fridge door was coming open of its own accord and this looked like a solution. It was easy to instal, although we needed to cut off a sliver of the plastic to prevent it interfering with the door seal. This was quite easy to do. The lock is working well, but takes some getting used to, breaking our old door opening habit. Easy to open with one hand and effective so far. Not sure how long the adhesive will last but no problems yet - we were careful to clean the surfaces carefully before applying for the best outcome.

Fitted the product but it does not stick well and I can still open my fridge as the lock just comes off, it isn't sticky enough at all, the product is of now use at all

I had no trouble fitting the fridge lock but once on you have to make sure it is locked each time you close the door. I have it on a small freezer and if there's something pressing on the door if the freezer is over packed, the lock won't hold it shut. Beside having to check it each time, it's a good little item. I would buy again.

Arrived quickly and I was surprised at how easy it was to put on the side of my fridge. I was expecting it to be fiddly but literally I peeled the tape off, lined it up on the side of my fridge door and hey ho it was done within 30 seconds! My 18 month old is obsessed with opening the under counter fridge and emptying the contents and this is literally a life saver! Iv had it on about a week now and she cannot get into it no matter how much she tries! And it’s still very firmly stuck on! It’s very easy for the rest of us, including a 6 and 10 year old, to open (after I showed them). I would highly recommend this!

Would have worked but didn't factor in my freezer isn't flush and has a kinda lip so this turned out to be useless. It fits perfectly one the side but not on the other put together and they don't sync up so doesn't snap together. My fault should have checked first. One negative though it arrived which only a sticky pad on one side nothing on the other had to buy an advasive pad separately so reduced the star to take that into account.

Fantastic little buy, a win for the kitchen. It provides peace of mind that the freezer is properly shut, when close the door and hear a click of the lock you know it's not gonna be left ajar by anyone in the household again. This saved me money because the freezer seal was not as strong as when I first bought the freezer and things kept defrosting. Now my freezer locks and the food stays frozen. Fantastic product I'd buy it again.

J'ai installé ce dispositif car j'avais tendance à mal refermer la porte de mon congélateur avec les risques que ça suppose. Grâce à cet ingénieux système, je suis certain que la porte est bien fermée/verrouillée ! De plus, il est facile à installer, j'ai juste dégraissé à l'essence "F" les parties du congélo recevant les double face, et de surcroît, j'ai rajouter du double face épais et puissant sur le système de verrouillage, et ça tient et fonctionne très bien. Je recommande ce système.

You know.. when you lose a freezer of food, you start to think what options are there for this not to happen again. I chose this. Yes there are alarms, but they do not necessarily work. Or are not loud enough. The reason ours failed.. someone did not close the door properly. This inexpensive but durable item fixes that problem. What this is…its a latch. It locks the door when you close it. And The freezer cant be opened unless you push in the sides. So now when one opens the door, they have to push the two buttons in, and when you close it, you listen to the click, then when you hear the freezer sealing, everything is gold. Originally I was going to return it as our freezer door seal is thicker than pictured in Amazon's photo. I dont know of any seal on a freezer that is that thin. So i had to maneuver it differently so the two pieces would meet as thats how it clicks together. Either way, happy with the product. It does its job. I may get a thermometer down the road that alerts if it get to warm in the freezer. But I would use it in conjunction with this.

La puerta de una nevera estaba descolgada y no cerraba completamente de la parte superior. Con este producto se mantiene cerrada perfectamente. La instalación fue bien, pero en mi caso, al tener que forzar la puerta para que tuviera la posición correcta, es un poco más delicado y tienes que ir con más cuidado. Una vez instalada, fácil de abrir y cerrar la puerta.

Good! Works well. Children can't open it until they know how to use it.
