For the price compared to the $800.00 and $900.00 + options out there for a commercial burr mixer. It's a no brainer. This is my second one. The first died after a year and a half worth of use(and I fixed it with a switch bypass so its a back up now). The only bad thing is the blade could have been shaped different. With a little angle on it to aid in mixing and make it more powerful. But still it gets the job done for a fraction of the cost.

Working in a restaurant kitchen demands a level of commercial power. When you are constantly repairing old equipment sometimes you are faced with replacing old with new. This can always feel like a “shot in the dark” moment when purchasing something over amazon. This immersion blender has been an excellent purchase, Chef approves and has been using constantly without worry. The newer design is lighter weight, while the quality is still ever apparent. Very happy with this purchase and it’s performance, thus far. It’s also pretty awesome that it comes with a wall hanger. I wasn’t interested in that when examining options, but it is a real bonus.

I purchased this item in May and used a couple of times and it no longer powers on. I’ve reached out to the seller numerous times as the item is under warranty and the seller keeps responding saying they are sorry that they can not help. They did acknowledge that the item is under warranty but said I will have to contact Amazon to get a replacement. It is outside the 30 day return window as to why I am trying to use the warranty. So I am out $230 and the seller is unwilling to help or give me the information needed for warranty. I will never purchase anything from this seller and will keep waiting for them to make this right. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER, THERE IS NO WARRANTY LIKE THEY STATE AND THEY ARE UNWILLING TO HELP IN ANYWAY.

This is a great purchase for the money. My only complaint is it is one speed. But for the money you get power, good speed and a very sharp blade with a spare blade. Love the detachable head, makes it easy to clean vs. lugging the whole body and motor to the sink.

Purchased for brewery and just pureed 2 bushels of peaches. Very easy once I figured out how to turn it on and set it to stay running.

This hand blender is powerful! We bought it to use at the kitchen where we prepare a free weekly community meal. We feed 150 - 200 people every Thursday evening. This blender has already made our jobs easier. A great value and money well spent!

This blender works perfectly as advertised. It chops veggies and mixes dressings really well. Very easy to use and to clean. Just note that I ordered the model that doesn’t have a speed dial and I meant to order the one with speed dial but options were not very clear.

I bought this mixer to replace my old one that had broke after one year. I use it for my restaurant. It seems to be working perfect. Blends our tomatoes and other food preparation needs. I am very happy with this product. I recommend it to anyone. TP

Don't buy this crap.. Very poor blending power It says 500w but not even near by.. I contacted support and no follow up yet .

Though the unit looks heavy duty, there isn’t enough torque from the motor.

After purchasing 2 in slightly over a year, I will Have to take my chances with a different Manufacturer. The cord brakes close to the handle.
