I did not want a smart phone as I only need a mobile for text and occasional phone call this mobile is perfect easy to use and has many features which surprised me considering the price the radio is good and it also has a c@meta if you wanted to snap a pic very pleased.

Fairly easy to set up, but found the "Shortcuts" a bit difficult, especially for using it in Contacts, it only seems to work with numbers not letters, which is a bit weird. Nevertheless, it looks smart, and is sturdy.

Sending this back and furious! Firstly it didn’t come on time they Amazon said it was delivered which it wasn’t, no one in my house took the delivery and when I checked my storage safe place it wasn’t there, 2 days later I found this package behind a bin! Which has never been stipulated as a safe place! Once I got the iPhone in and attempted to set this up for my elderly mum, One side of sim didn’t work and this side kept making the sim adapters break! When trying to get the sim back out, another of the adapters looked bent and cracked at the bottom, the metal over the sim insert had a small dent when I looked closely don’t know of it had been previously damaged or was a repaired phone! The other additional sim insert had a gold coloured pin sticking up so didn’t even try to put the sim in, out of back in the box and sent it back 😡 it’s very plastic and cheap looking

hoped this handset would provide equivalent usage to an earlier phone when I changed carrier / provider. It achieved this, but is annoyingly susceptible to erroneous key pad activity when its in my pocket ... even though the flip top is closed !! It is no longer in use ... having been replaced by a pre-owned phone of the same type as previously used, (but unlocked).

Got this for my 83 yr old mother It’s easy to use (flip open to answer, close to end call. You have to do that in settings) Big numbers which are easy to press. I did disable the SOS button as it was too easy for her to catch when holding phone and I didn’t want her calling police by accident. The ringer can wake the dead so great for hard of hearing.

I like the external display of date,time and battery state. the big buttons and the inbuilt radio with loudspeaker instead of ear buds.Easy to use after a bit of familiarisation.A really good buy.

I really liked this phone, it looks smart, is a good size and the screen is so clear I could read it without glasses. The first problem I encountered was when I put my sim card in - not all of my numbers were there and the phone tells me my sim is full?? this has never happened on any other phone I have transferred my sim to. It still did it with an additional memory card and after deleting many redundant numbers. Also you will need to set it to your region or it will tell you your messages and calls are coming from 8 hours in the future. My phone was on the default thinking it was located in Islamabad. By far the most annoying problem is the torch which gets switched on and on the phone I have wont always switch off - it drains the battery really quickly & I cant find a way to permanently disable the torch. Almost every time it is in my pocket this happens - making the phone as good as useless as I pull it out my pocket to answer a call to find the torch is on YET AGAIN and as I answer the battery dies. Another issue I have and I cant for the life of me workout WHY it is doing it is the numbers saved in the phone book - when I call or text them I get a message saying the number is not available and the recipient does not receive calls or texts. Only if I answer to a call or text that I have received will I be able to contact the person. This is completely unacceptable as I am using it as a business phone. sadly I didnt realise all its flaws in time to return it. I am now looking for another phone. ** updated 28 July 2023 phone has now died completely - it lasted less than a year, even if it has full charge it just cuts out when I try to answer a call. This really is unacceptable as previous simple phones I have had for several years and this didnt even last a year before failing completely.

Super téléphone pour une personne âgée. Une fois configuré il est simple d'utilisation et le clapet évite un appui accidentel sur les touches (dans une poche par exemple). Les fonctions supplémentaires (lampes LEDs, bouton SOS) sont pratiques et accessibles. Le son du haut-parleur est suffisamment clair & fort pour une personne mal-entendante. Quelques points négatifs cependant : - Le bouton SOS peut s'activer accidentellement dans une poche car celui-ci dépasse légèrement de la coque arrière - la conception globale, principalement la charnière, ne rend pas le téléphone très robuste : après 7 mois d'utilisation, la charnière a cassé, sans chute, rendant le téléphone inutilisable. La cause est probablement une ouverture trop franche. Comme la charnière n'a pas d'arrêt mécanique solide, il est possible de "plier" le téléphone dans l'autre sens et de le casser. CEPENDANT, le service client de la boutique est très accessible et réactif, j'ai donc racheté le même modèle, en espérant que celui-ci dure plus longtemps !

Nonna è entusiasta di questo cellulare, che oltre a essere pratico è anche molto bello da vedere. Arrivato un giorno prima del previsto, imballato perfettamente. La scatola contiene, oltre al telefono, ben 2 batterie, due adattatori per le sim, il caricabatterie e i libretti delle istruzioni. Per impostare la lingua basta seguire le istruzioni nel foglietto blu, per la prima accensione: basta digitare il codice corrispondente alla lingua desiderata, come se si stesse facendo una qualsiasi chiamata, e confermare col tasto verde. Dopodiché, se la si vuole cambiare la si seleziona nelle impostazioni del telefono, come in qualsiasi apparecchio. È un telefono molto intuitivo, potete stare tranquilli che i vostri genitori/nonni non avranno problemi. Si possono mettere le suonerie personalizzate e lo sfondo desiderato, se sono salvati sulla schedina sd (che va messa con un po' di forza). Il volume si alza talmente tanto che lo sentono anche in fondo alla via 😅 Le chiamate rapide si impostano facilmente, una volta attivata l'impostazione. E l'SOS posto nel retro del telefono può essere attivato e disattivato, a seconda delle necessità, come pure la torcia, che non funziona se non viene abilitata nelle impostazioni (e che solo dopo averla abilitata si accende e si spenge usando il tastino a lato del telefono, quello sotto ai tasti del volume). Tutto sommato un ottimo acquisto, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, lo consiglio a chi ha parenti anziani non molto avvezzi all'uso di tecnologie. 5 stelle meritate, nonna (ed io che ho finito ora di sistemarlo) siamo molto soddisfatte.

Es un teléfono ideal para personas mayores o no tan mayores que solo utilizan el móvil para llamar o recibir llamadas. Al ser de concha, el teclado está protegido y no hay peligro de marcar accidentalmente. Los números son grandes y el sonido es perfecto. Tiene tres botones de marcación rápida, para números frecuentes y un botón SOS en el que se pueden memorizar varios números y al apretar SOS en caso de emergencia, manda SMS a esos teléfonos. Se puede configurar para descolgar y colgar abriendo o cerrando la tapa. Dispone de Blacklist, para evitar llamadas no deseadas. No tiene mucha memoria (32GB) pero se puede aumentar con una tarjeta MicroSD. Trae Adaptador para SIM, Radio FM, e incluso, linterna. Es una buena compra, es un terminal económico, muy completo y fácil de utilizar. Lo recomiendo 100%
