Bought to replace a broken lid on my last teapot. Don't always pay attention when pouring tea as to whether my hand is on the lid or not. This design holds the lid in place. Holds approx 3 larger size tea mugs worth of tea.

It is so cute! Feels durable enough too. I'd have given it a 5 star except it came later than expected and I wasn't able to use it for the tea party it was purchased for. But so cute I'm definitely keeping it anyway!
