Very disappointing....we purchased 2 of the version of this that's "less" rated so we bought this one thinking/ expecting the battery to stay charged for more than 10-15 minutes..... NOPE! It does have 2 speeds, but if you use the faster mode the battery drains in about 7 minutes. Keep in mind it takes several hours to recharge, so it's not worth the money or hassle of lugging them around (these are heavy!). We tried to purchase "spare" batteries, but the only option was well over $150 EACH!! Don't waste your money on these.... you'll be disappointed!!!

How does the company expect me to use this when charger and cords are not included? Rather difficult. I was expecting to use this in the next few days when visiting my son and his kids. I had to order the battery and cords separately in order to make sure I had these very quickly. Not sure how long it would have taken to get another unit and if it would have all the needed parts.

Very disappointed. Was great for 5 minutes then one of the two propellers stopped working. Customer service did not reply even after several days. No troubleshooting section in the manual or online. Buyer beware. - Edit: customer service did eventually follow up with me, but I've already refunded the purchase.
