Decided it was time to build a good trauma/med kit. Couldn't find anything that really fit what I wanted without having a ton of extra garbage they stuff in and charge a premium for. I really like that this folds out flat so everything is accessible. Tons of room without being too big. I don't need a full emt bag, but nice to have something that holds enough for most uses. Shears, cat tourniquets, chest seals, full sam splint, Band-Aids, aspirin, gauze, ace wraps, israeli bandage, etc. Keep it in the car and easy enough to carry wherever you might need it. Basically the size of a small purse. The loops on the back make it easy to attach to a backpack if you want to go hiking/camping as well. Materials seem to be decent quality for my purposes.

Attached it to a bug out bag so I could carry maps and a compass. Folded they fit fine. It works well as a mollie attached admin/map pouch. The flag morale patch is a plus.

For me this is new school. I like it. I carry around all short medical supplies in it for working on on scene. Situations works quite well

This is my second WYNEX Tactical Molle Admin Pouch. I liked the first one so much that I ordered this one in a different color. I use my first one to hold several of my wood carving knives, gouges, gloves and a small strop. There is enough room to hold about >10 tools and accessories! I added a paracord D ring handle, a small molle bag, and an American flag patch to the front of my first pouch. These are very versatile pouches!! This new one will hold some older, less used carving accessories.

I use it, but it is just functional, nothing good or bad about it

I purchased the bare pouch/bag with no strap. Initially I was going to use it with my kit to hold medical. I then opted out for a regular ifak pouch to keep everything in one spot. I then used it for my mags but was extremely bulky for the location on my kit. After a bit I realized I needed a holder for my small collection of edc gear and it works perfectly for it. It’s not an extremely high quality pouch and the map flap does suck when used with the pouch. I used that to hold chem lights and maps in my 5.11 packs CCW compartment. It does function and hold up to light use.
