For Cherry Mx Switches

Worked great in my Razor Blackwidow keyboard. Has the LEDs and everything.

Although these are more expensive than I'd normally allow for with a set of switches, I needed them quickly for a project I was already late at getting finished up. They were exactly what I needed for the board I was finishing - the SMD LEDs shine through perfectly, just like it says in the description. And they did arrive in just a few days (as opposed to WEEKS for my normal suppliers). Thank you!

This was my first time buying changeable Key Switches. I used them on a Red Dragon K556 The Switches that I was able to get working feel pretty good with pretty linear pressure needed to activate and a very clear activation point 4/5 on that only because its not 100% linear but pretty good overall. My biggest complaint is the build quality of the keys themselves during install. The smaller of the two prongs on these keys are very very fragile and about 1/4 of the Switches I reserved already had slightly bent prongs to start with so that was a thing. The plastic clips that keep the switches in the keyboard is made of stiff plastic that doesn't really click in very well which is compounded with the clip being slightly to big for my keyboard. In order to make them properly click in, you have to use more force than I was comfortable with using. If I hadn't already wrote off the keyboard I wouldn't have used them at all. What this caused was putting more force down on Switches with slightly bent prongs (I tried to straighten them) than was needed and just having the prongs get crushed to an unusable state. I only got to use about 5 of the 10 caps I purchased. The rest didn't seat properly and broke.

I bought these to replace some sticking keys on my RedDragon keyboard. I'm a writer not a gamer, so a good quality clicky keyboard is not just a luxury. I bought a package of ten and they arrived quickly in a neat little plastic pack. Once they were installed they worked great, but installation was an issue. The fit pins are just a fraction too fit, and it's a considerable struggle to install these keys. I bent several pins before finally managed to get them installed. It takes an inordinate amount of pressure to push them into the board, and I worry about trying to pull them out again.

Pins are weak and don't align. They are not circular, they are flat, which makes them prone to bending. Went through three separate ones in case I was the problem, but they don't align with the pin holes as they should.

I soldered these into my worn-out K95 Keyboard, the switches were double-tapping and just plain would not work sometimes. I used this kit to replace the bad switches on my keyboard and they seem to work just fine.
